This company and the owner are extremely unprofessional. Since hiring them I've had nothing but control continuous errors, incompetent installations, poor service, and costly mistakes. The simple replacement of a GCFI outlet was impossible for them to do. They also installed a pool light that was cracked and then refused to provide me an invoice , stating i was sold a spa light and not a pool light. They also couldn't even figure out how to activate my in floor cleaning system and had no idea how to use my iaqualink remote system. Do not hire them if you want a professional who understands complex service requests. The owner Rick even had the audacity to message me in a condescending way for bothering him for an invoice because of a holiday in order to get my flawed Pool light fixed under warranty. do not hire them. I have never had a Cloudy water pool in my Life. This company through a chemical that has left my pool in worse shape then when founded. Also broke my bench pool. $140 per month service is better used on $140 worth of Meth. At least you know the Meth will work. Not happy. read more

Tech is literally a two man show split between the gent that run this (if you can call them that) Anyways on the two occasions they were supposed to show did not, billed me and then when watching the footage of my cameras (assuming they didn't know they were back there" pretended to clean the pool but never even showed up. Rick is extremely rude and condescending towards his clients. I have text messages for proof that I can post on here but I will save it for the sake of his embarrassment. Originally things were going fine until I got a text saying he was going to stop servicing my pool and I needed to find someone else. He said I needed a new timer. Never told me a price. He wanted half up front but didn't know the price. He also said vacuuming was included but he was extremely upset when I told him I couldn't get one for a couple weeks. I would highly avoid this company unless you like your pool being abandoned. There's a reason he only has two reviews. Avoid this company and rick and save yourself. Thanks for nothing rick! I made an appointment with Rick on Friday morning, 11/8 for Monday morning (Veteran's Day Holiday) 11/11. A no-show. Texted me on Monday 11/11 around 9:00am (appointment scheduled for that morning) to tell me he "completely forgot" he had an appointment in Tucson and wouldn't be able to make it until the afternoon. 3:00 he texted to say he'd be here around 5:00. 5:15pm he was stuck because of an accident. "all three lanes blocked". After I stated to, "nevermind", he was miraculously close to my home which would never have taken 15 minutes from gridlock on Ray Rd. to the point where he stated he was. Every excuse was absolutely unbelievable and unrealistic. I wasted an entire day, need-less-to-say a Holiday! Unreliable! Steer clear. read more
