He was sympathetic to my time critical situation, and he genuinely wanted to be helpful. He would not accept any money despite my insistence. Excellent work ethic, extremely knowledgeable, quick response, and he didn't feel right charging me simply because he wasn't there in person. The FaceTime instruction was extremely educational and his thorough step-by-step guidance was spot on. He was very patient with me. My pool pump had burned out and needed to be either repaired or replaced.
