It was as if the sky had parted, shining bright light on this excellent bakery. Okay, a little dramatic, but I would definitely say this place is an absolute gem. The residents have been blessed to have such a great bakery so close to them. They have so many wonderful desserts to try, we ended up ordering the Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookie, Two Chip Chocolate Chip Cookie, Blueberry Muffin, Sour Cream Coffee Cake, and our favorite the Lemon Pound Cake. As soon as we got to the car we started tasting each item and were impressed by how fresh everything was, especially towards the end of the day. The Cookies are best served warm, soft on the inside, and crunchy on the outside. The Muffin was light and not overly sweet, while the Pound Cakes were the best we've had in some time--not dense at all. If you're in the area definitely stop by.
