Mario is amazing. He is a true craftsman. Keep in mind, he does the work himself so plan ahead.

I got a bridesmaid dress hemmed here on a Saturday morning and it was quite busy. The woman working…read morewas very nice and helped me quickly. Took less than 5 minutes to get my dress measurements. *Make sure to bring the shoes you plan to wear with the item so they can ensure the length is appropriate to the shoe height. They had a quick turn around time. Only took 6 days. They do not call you to confirm it's done so just show up when they tell you it's done. The total cost was $65. FYI - They do not take credit/debit cards and only accept cash, Cash App, PayPal or Venmo. The dress turned out great and I'm happy with the end result. I'd come back here!

Three strikes, you're out…read more I rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones, but my husband encouraged me to share this to warn others. The alterations work is good and the turnaround time is fair. Even so, I won't be returning, because of how rude Coco was to me over three visits. After the last one, I left shaking and close to tears. To be clear, my brief interactions with her employees were very pleasant, and this review is about Coco only. First visit: I had some pants hemmed. It went fine, except that Coco overshared about all the ways a pregnancy can go wrong. I'm pregnant, and unfortunately I'm used to unsolicited horror stories. But it wasn't a comfortable start. Second visit: A few months later, I brought in a stretch jersey maternity dress with a raw hem to be shortened. When I tried it on, she told me I looked "huge." When I said I was six months pregnant, she replied, "Wow, you look nine months and ready to go." I let it go and chalked it up to a cultural difference. People say thoughtless things to pregnant women, but so far the worst had all come from her. Third and final visit: When I came to pick up the dress, she asked about the band T-shirt I was wearing. When I explained it, she scowled and said, "Ugh, I will never understand you people." I just said "OK" and asked what I owed. I thought I heard $17, which seemed reasonable for a simple jersey material with no hem, so I handed her a $20. She immediately raised her voice: "It's seven-ZERO," and "All you people think this is free." Then she stormed into the back, muttering under her breath. I was stunned that an honest mishearing got that reaction, and that she felt comfortable talking to me that way. One of her employees quietly mouthed "I'm sorry" and gave me a hug. I told her I wouldn't be coming back, and I left in tears. If you're looking for a tailor to build a long-term relationship with, as I was, I'd look elsewhere. Good work doesn't make up for treating customers this way. I'd much rather support a local business that treats people with kindness and respect. Given how my visits went, I honestly wouldn't be surprised if this review gets a similarly unkind response. That would only confirm my experience. They say misery loves company, and after three visits, I've decided I don't need to keep it company anymore.

I came in with my own fabric and just an image of what I wanted for both the shirt and dress for our wedding and they turned it into something even better than I imagined. The entire process took about 6 weeks, and throughout that time Jenny and Susan were incredible. They guided me every step of the way, kept me updated, and were always responsive via text, which made everything feel so easy and stress-free. Very flexible for when I can come in too.I drove 90 minutes for fittings on two separate Saturdays, and it was absolutely worth it. By the third fitting, everything was perfect, I took it home and couldn't have been happier with the final result. Their attention to detail, patience, and dedication to getting everything just right really shows. If you're looking for someone who can take your idea and turn it into something stunning, this is the place. Highly, highly recommend! Fabric plus work was $2000 compared to god knows how much for something I probably would just accept. This is true art and Jenny Susan I hope you're here for years to come.
