I got a bridesmaid dress hemmed here on a Saturday morning and it was quite busy. The woman working was very nice and helped me quickly. Took less than 5 minutes to get my dress measurements. *Make sure to bring the shoes you plan to wear with the item so they can ensure the length is appropriate to the shoe height. They had a quick turn around time. Only took 6 days. They do not call you to confirm it's done so just show up when they tell you it's done. The total cost was $65. FYI - They do not take credit/debit cards and only accept cash, Cash App, PayPal or Venmo. The dress turned out great and I'm happy with the end result. I'd come back here! read more

The woman at the font, I'm assuming the owner, is so rude and nasty so for that reason alone, I would not recommend this business to anyone. She makes you feel as if you are a major inconvenience in her life for walking through the door. I thought I caught her on a bad day so gave the benefit of the doubt but when I went back to pick up my things she had the same demeanor to me and others inside the shop. They also put one price on the ticket when I dropped stuff off and gave me a different total when I went to pick up. I haven't tried my items on yet, but regardless of how they turn out, I will not be going back and highly suggest anyone looking for a tailor skip this place! read more

Wow, this lady is ORNERY! As soon as I set foot inside the shop she yelled at me to GO BACK OUTSIDE AND READ THE SIGN!!! No friendly greeting, no "Welcome, how may I help you?" Just shrieking. The door was propped open, so I didn't see the sign, but when I went back outside I saw it says she's not accepting new work at this time. (I guess she's too busy.) I was a loyal customer for five years, but I will never go back. No business owner should treat customers the way she treated me. The first experience was fine. Second one she didn't like the t-shirt I brought to be shortened as it was 'not her political leaning' and berated me. I left the shirt to be done and it was cut way too short. I didn't want to get into it with her so paid and left. Won't be going back. You can't berate customers for their beliefs, you need to be neutral. read more

I wish I had the same experience as the other reviews but mine was not great. I called to check if my suit alteration was completed and when providing my name to help her identify my suit she responded, " I don't care." I was pretty shocked by the ride customer service response. Not really a great way to speak to your customers. After that situation she located my suit and told me for a hem of the pants and bringing in the sides of the jacket was $110. Now I feel like that cost for a standard suit alteration was a bit high and think I am getting overcharged. This is not an alteration with a major overhaul. Am I crazy to think this is a ridiculous charge from a rude and horrible customer service person? read more

Unfortunately, my experience today was extremely disappointing. When I went to pick up an alteration, the owner was visibly irritated that I didn't fully understand something and responded in a very rude and unprofessional manner. coco does good work but she is extremely unprofessional and disorganized to the point where she blames customers for her own wrongdoing. She lost my clothing tag which I remember her quoting me $50 for two items. She felt so insulted that I remembered this number that she spent almost 15 minutes berating me and being overtly rude for something that to me wasn't a big deal, I'm guessing she thought that I was lying and trying to jilt her money. That was not my intention and when I asked her what she wanted for the work she feels like she was owed, she didn't even bother to respond, and continued to yell at a customer that just wanted to pay and move on for 15 mins. She basically thought that if I left paying nothing, she would be in the right. I paid for the work she wanted. I have gone to her several times and have venmoed her each time, and this will be the last. She quotes fair prices but I probably will not be coming back. Her rudeness and lack of character will cause her to lose more customers. she also needs to stop blaming customers for her own store management issues ( losing tags, disorganization, yelling) and work on herself. read more

Went to coco's to repair part of our couch cushion and this was my first time coming here. Coco was easy to get ahold of and I went in the same day, and within a day! She was able to fix my cushion and I came in and picked it up. She said "you have guests coming to visit, you need this". Customer service was top notch! After years of loyalty to this place, I've decided to not return. In the last 2 years, a total of 4 mistakes occurred with my clothes which I've said nothing about and kept providing opportunities. Last incident, a costly one.
