When call for Warranty to Builders First Source, you feel like being a ping pong ball on table. Finally, they will outsource you to an independent contractor company, which will never respond to your calls. The idea is to avoid until you forget about warranty and move on without it. I have a similar experience with Builders First Source for my other home in Lakeview Retreat, Richmond TX which was built by D.R. Horton, which also have foggy windows after the first year. One problem, common in both of my homes, Builder First Source!

He gave me a few prices and I said ok I'll be there soon. I get thee and can't find anyone to help me so I call the number back and he says someone should be there and he's not there so he " doesn't know what to tell me" . Finally I find someone on property and I ask the lady can I look at the pallets because I wanted to buy some and she tells me no I can't look at them. I don't believe she could understand what I was saying and that's why she kept telling me no. Either way I've just wasted a lot of time and got very poor to zero service.

My experience with Wisenbaker Design Studio has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional…read more After years of dealing with a flooring/tile issue, their representatives finally offered me a settlement. I submitted a counter--only to be completely ignored. No acknowledgement. No explanation. No follow-up. They simply disappeared. Being ghosted by a company that claims to stand behind their work is unacceptable. If they did not want to agree to my counteroffer, they could have just said so. Instead, they chose silence, leaving a customer who has been patient and cooperative for years without any resolution. This behavior speaks volumes about how Wisenbaker handles warranty concerns and customer service. Homeowners should be aware of what communication looks like once a problem actually needs to be addressed.
