I bought a few slaps of stone and during installation one was cracked and when I went to purchase another one he was asking twice the amount i had originally paid, claiming that he gave me the wrong stone to begin with and i have to pay the higher price due to their mistakes !! He delayed my construction work by a week trying to decide whether or not he would honor his original price. He actually sent two of his managers, Grezelda and Eric, over my place to inspect the stone .. they are not any better than the owner in regards to customer service and calling back as they say they will. Cheap owner with poor customer service all around !!!

Joanna was so helpful, and she knew exactly what I wanted, like she could picture it in her head when I described my dream kitchen. She also knew which kind of marble I was looking for and helped me find the perfect one for my backsplash. Just look at the outcome! I couldn't be happier with my new stylish kitchen! They offered a 25-year warranty seal on the marble. I hope it will last, but of course I will be careful since natural marble are delicate. One thing is that you might need to prepare to wait a long time. It was a 2 week project that turned out to be 2 months, but it was worth the wait.

We finally purchased our beautiful quartzite slabs after visiting Terra at least 5 times over the…read morepast year. The construction delays prevented us from purchasing sooner. Each time I visited, Sam or Mike were happy to help even though we weren't ready to pull the trigger on a purchase. Building a home is a stressful process and every interaction is critical to the psyche. Thank you to Terra team for your patience with us as we visited and revisited. They also followed through with their promises to call us when a new batch of quartzite arrived. We were pleasantly surprised to get a text from Sam after the latest shipment arrived at the port and got a play-by-play of where the container was. We even got a text of what the slabs looked like as to not waste another trip! The selection of slabs is on point. We don't need a dizzying array of selections, just quality stones with reasonable prices, and Terra delivers in this department. We are very picky folks because we wanted a marble-look without the marble maintenance. Somehow Terra managed to find the quarry that had the slabs and we are happy campers!

Maestros kept our $700 when they sold us a defective slab. We relied on the sales person to…read morerecommend a high quality slab. When she directed us to these slabs with white lines, we asked if these were cracks and she said No. When the fabricator saw them, he was concerned about fabricating these slabs so we wanted to return them. Confused about what to do, I went to another slab yard, found a similar white line in a slab and asked if it was a crack and their sales rep said it was so a crack clearly other slab yards will tell you the risks of these white lines in the slabs. Maestros did not and would not refund the entire amount, kept one slab which is on the sales floor. Maestros kept $700 when we could not use this slab. I don't think anyone would want to be treated like this in business.

I walk in and ask the lady attendant the same question. She points at a obviously red brick option and says that's the only one they have and proceeds to get on her cell phone. Guy could have easily told me they have none and they should also let people know they are not friendly towards non-contractor customers.

After visiting other brick stores in the North Austin area I went to meet with Shawn. He helped me determine the amount of product I would need and got it ordered. The particular product I used was scheduled to be made in 4-16 weeks. They got it to my house in less than 4. When the masonry arrived to perform the job he claimed I was short by almost 20% of the required product. I called Shawn and he was so kind to review the job specifications/dimensions with me. He assured me that he had accounted for breakage, etc. So I moved forward with the project. Sure enough we had more than enough product left over.
