Told us to call back the next day for approval. I did. Without consulting the directors, he declined it again and made fun of us for changing our mind. I escalated the case. At that point, we were sick of the disrespect level and no longer want any thing from this business. My husband requested a refund instead of replacement. He could not stay there for ever.
