Told us go do whatever we want to do when we stated that we could charge back. This is the service we got after we spend thousands dollars with Chair King. So fa set, buffet, chairs, cushions, umbrellas. The purchase date is 8/20. We came back on 8/24 still wanting their product. Just wanted to exchange to a different color. Musad declined it. Told us to call back the next day for approval. I did. Without consulting the directors, he declined it again and made fun of us for changing our mind. I escalated the case. He called back and said the company approved the exchange. When my husband was back, he served him an attitude and acted very slowly. At that point, we were sick of the disrespect level and no longer want any thing from this business. My husband requested a refund instead of replacement. He could not stay there for ever. He had to leave and pick up our dog from the puppy school. Guess what? Musad said he does not take return. Only exchange. We understand Musad. This was not our only purchase with them we have been buying products regularly since we purchased these chairs they do not take into consideration we are a loyal and regular customer.
