Finally, they will outsource you to an independent contractor company, which will never respond to your calls. The idea is to avoid until you forget about warranty and move on without it. I have a similar experience with Builders First Source for my other home in Lakeview Retreat, Richmond TX which was built by D.R. Horton, which also have foggy windows after the first year.
