And get the flat white ratios right.

The owners are very informed of the history that took place in the area and are willing to share and give tours of the basement! Everything was very informative and the drinks were very delicious. The owner of the building also gave us a tour of the basement. If you are familiar with the history of the Lizzie Borden case, the doctor who first viewed the bodies of the murder of Andrew and Abbey lived in this house. There is also a horrific murder that took place on scene in the basement where unfortunately a mother took her and her own children's (2/3) lives.

They also have several specials either seasonally or monthly, it is sometimes hard to tell though if the one you want is upcoming or on its way out. It's a tight squeeze to walk in and order but they have solved that issue by delivering orders outside to a picnic table (good luck if its rainy or really REALLY hot because you'll just have to be there). The coffee is great, the specials ARE special/unique, and the area is a cute little stop on a busy road, right by the water. I recommend Coastal Roasters for a great beach day pick-me-up.
