Majority of us ordered the 'Grilled rack of lamb roasted pink on our wood grill' 2 courses from the SCHÄFERSTÜBLI GRILL. The lamb is soooooooo tender! It comes with two potatoes, small pickles, and pearled onions. They also serve you fresh bread and the best butter. For a main dish, we had the veal sausage in the onion sauce. The sausage was soft and flavorful, and the sauce was to die for. It even had crunchy French onions on the top. Think of this like French onion soup but sausage version. It was served with rosti which is basically like the best big hash brown you ever had in your life. I will be thinking about this meal forever!
