INCREDIBLE food! Omg this place is such a hidden gem, just a little walk away from coolidge corner, but you absolutely can't pass it up. I was a little skeptical at first with how extensive their menu is, reaching across different cuisines, but regardless if there's one thing they know it's soup. They somehow master the distinct flavor profiles between each unique dish, making every single one something new and surprising with an exceptional depth of flavor. My personal favorites were the red ramen and black tonkotsu, but seriously everything they have to offer is next level. I would also HIGHLY recommend their chicken karaage appetizer, I couldn't stop reaching in for more! On top of excellent food, their service is unmatched! Whether you come for dinner or lunch, you're met with smiling faces and a welcoming vibe that just sets the tone beautifully for the rest of the meal. Our server was incredibly kind and generous, allowing us to just sit back and enjoy the meal. Overall, 10/10 experience and I am highly looking forward to my next visit!

I ate there today ! Chicken Katsu Curry ! After I read great reviews here in Yelp about Chicken Katsu Curry and they did not let me down ! Recently I have been checking out of Chicken Katsu Curry options near around the neighborhood, at Gensouen, Isshindo, etc... and this one got on top of my go for Japanese style curry today. Crispy and smooth at same time on Chicken Katsu, deep spicy curry sauce yummy on the white rice along with kyabetsu - no - sengiri (thin shredded Cabbage) was very pleasurable for my late lunch. Sauce itself was remarkably much better than other options near by, very original rich spicyness and I was just digging at my top speed. Portion was really great, too. I was also speaking with very friendly waitress and she said her favorite is Spicy Miso Ramen, so I got to check it out on my next visit. They are in Thai Expressions for other Asian country's favorite meals especially on noodles but I had to try out their curry and I am very glad I did ! Thanks for other reviewers ! Enjoy your visit !

I've been looking forward to this for a long time now. I've read so many reviews praising this restaurant, and so I was delighted to finally visit this afternoon. The service was great, and I was pleased to receive all of my food very quickly. I went basically right when they opened for the afternoon. I thought the tofu was OK, slightly under salted, and I think they could have given me a little bit more sauce. The shoyu ramen was good. The meat was charred, and the broth was pretty decent. They had a generous serving of green onions as well as bamboo and seaweed. I wish there was an egg! I wasn't a huge fan of the ramen noodles. They seemed like pretty standard store purchased noodles. Great service.

Spectacular soup with an array of well-executed appetizers (their takoyaki were delicious) and a good selection of sake. Will be coming back here!

I love when you visit a new city and a small local chain jumps out to be above the fold for you. We were craving some pho and this popped up. We had: edamame, gyoza, the spicy beef pho, chicken curry katsu and a chicken veggie bowl. The broth was thick and complex for the pho soup. The chicken katsu soup actually have the crust seasoned for once, which in the USA is quite rare. We were pleasantly surprised by this place.

Delicious food, beautiful relaxing view, friendly staff! It was a wonderful experience through and through. Such a lovely place for a quick meal. Parking is a little difficult to find but if you drive around a bit it shouldn't take too long to pull into someone leaving! I had the spicy cha-su rice bowl and the pork was so delicious and tender. The ramen broth was good as well. Great small restaurant to enjoy some food and get together with people.

black tonkotsu ramen 3.5/5 chicken katsu curry 3.5/5 The crispiness of the chicken katsu contrasted very well with the curry sauce and rice and the black tonkotsu ramen's warm soup definitely hit the spot. Tried this place with a friend one night and found it to be a place that gives nice portion sizes for the price! Good, casual place for lunch or dinner on a cold day. It can get a little cold in this location as there's no double-door. No complaints about service. It was busy when I went and a little bit cramped between tables, but nothing that would deter me from visiting again. Would say this a solid, casual place to hit-up when wanting to eat something warm. There's street parking available near the restaurant that shouldn't be too difficult to get.

Came here on a chilly night ...and what's better than a good ol' bowl of noodle soup to warm you up? Service was very fast and friendly, while the setting was cozy, yet modern. Good vibes overall Would come back for all the warm comforts and tender protein I enjoyed during my visit - especially to try everything else on their menu!

3.5/5 I've been here a few times, and there are no complaints about the service or the place itself. It's not a very large space but it has a few tables & and a window seating area. They have appetizers, noodle soups, and rice bowls. This is a good place to go if everyone wants Asian noodle soups but is split on a specific cuisine. The flip side is that it doesn't seem very cohesive. The food isn't exceptional or anything special. But no complaints about any of the food I've tried here.

The curry here is sooooo good. My parents said the ramen and pho was also delicious. The servers were very nice. Limited seating but the ambiance is cozy.

Don't be dissuaded by the non-specific name, but this place is amazing. I typically focus on the Thai dishes and soups in particularly. The flavors are rich and colorful, in ways I haven't found elsewhere in other places. A unique experience. I go at least monthly.

How does parking look like here?

Welcome to Coolidge Corner! This is a busy area. Parking is difficult but you may luck out with street parking along Harvard St, the Fuller St lot or Center St lot. You maybe better off taking the green line and walking though.

Do they take reservations? If so how do you make one- there is no option on their website.

    No we don't take reservation.

There are very few ramen restaurants in Allston, so Yukiya is a welcomed addition. I wasn't expecting to be blown away but I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the ramen was as well as the curry chicken Don. The takoyaki was delicious, on point. The chicken karaage was lightly battered. I wish it came with a little mayo dipping sauce. For entree, my son had the chicken curry don. The curry was delicious. My husband ordered the spicy tonkotsu ramen and I order the chicken shio ramen. I usually go for the heavy tonkotsu ramens when I dine out at ramen places but was craving a light broth this time. The chicken shio was very tasty and I actually enjoyed it more than my husband's spicy tonkotsu. The noodles were cooked perfectly how I liked it. Overall, very small restaurant. Not recommended for large groups but perfect for small families or group of four or less. I highly recommend giving them a try. See my pictures!

I've been a few times to this spot and while the taste is good, it isn't nearly as good as it once was. The space itself is much nicer and larger which is nice. We walked into a cozy, understated space that often filled up quickly, giving it a lively but still relatively calm dining atmosphere once we were seated. The room was warm and functional, with a layout that kept the focus on the food rather than the décor, and the steady hum of conversation added to the comfortable energy. The main draw here is the ramen itself, especially the broth-forward bowls like shoyu and miso variations. We ordered a few different styles and found the Yaki Shoyu and spicy miso standing out the most, with deep umami flavors and a layered richness that built as we ate. The sesame ramen was also a popular option for its nutty, aromatic profile. When everything was hitting well, the broth was the clear highlight and felt like the reason to come. The noodles were a bit more divisive depending on preference. Some bowls landed perfectly, while others felt more standard or less fresh compared to the broth, which could slightly affect the overall balance of the dish. Because of that, the experience tended to be strongest when we stuck to the core ramen offerings rather than branching out too far into appetizers or rice dishes. Service was generally friendly and efficient, but the restaurant could get busy during peak hours, which might lead to a short wait before seating. Once inside, the pacing of the meal was smooth, and the atmosphere stayed comfortable enough for a relaxed lunch or dinner, even when the dining room was full. The staff moved through the room with ease, and the food came out without much delay. Overall, Miraku Boston is a solid ramen spot in the Brookline area that does best when focusing on its strengths: rich, flavorful broth-based ramen bowls. It is not overly experimental, but when the kitchen is on point, it delivers a satisfying and comforting ramen experience worth returning for.

As this was limited pop up, we did wait about 1-1.5 hours to be able to get inside and order the food, but it was a relatively organized experience. We got sat at the bar at the side where the waiters/waitresses entered/exited which was mildly annoying and flagging them to get more water was a little hard as well. I didn't order the limited bowl as that's not usually my choice of flavor for ramen broths but I got to try it. It was very mild and had a nice taste but still wouldn't be my go to order. For myself, I got the spicy miso which was nice and flavorful. My friends also ordered the Takoyaki and the Zangi Fried Chicken which were both good. For dessert we also ordered the Monako Ice Cream and Hojicha Chiffon Cake. The Hojicha Chiffon cake didn't have as much flavor as I would've liked and the ice cream that came with it, kind of just overpowered it, should get hojicha ice cream with this one to taste more hojicha.
