Customer service would t help me stating they don't deal with billing. They would not connect with with anyone who could and said I needed to call the store - hung up on me. I called the store and had to leave a message for the manager to call me back. Have not received a call back. Today, I was charged $920 dollars for online lessons that I did not order or authorize. I called the store again, and was told several people have had similar issues this week and that it may not be corrected until next Friday (8 days later). This is unacceptable - I am disputing charges through my bank and have cancelled my card so no further transactions can go through.See less

The guitar had been resting in its stand for many years without the attention it deserved. So sad.
