I had been on anxiety medicines again since last 3 years and seeing a therapist who had sown the seed of meditation in my mind when I started reading books about it and practicing with cell phone apps. Once I started my sessions with Neeru and practiced diligently I started seeing changes surprisingly very quickly. Neeru is great teacher who provides the complete context of all your questions and talks you through the things on your mind and how to focus on getting rid of them via meditation. My presence of mind was getting better and the biggest change was my heart palpitations completely stopped within 4 months. The course was for 6 weeks but I continue to meditate and can't thank Neeru enough for helping me get where I am today.
