Kathy worked tirelessly on me to help me heal my body from recent major back surgery. I believe that mixing Western medicine along with holistic and spiritual healing can help speed up your body and help it heal itself. The individual session that I had on June 15th was very intense and I came away with a sense of calm and clarity in my mind. The sound bath the following Saturday morning did not disappoint either. The gong, singing bowls, digeridoo, harp, and other items used to clear us and heal us left me in a relaxed state both in body, mind, and soul. I was so relaxed that I had gone into a deep state of relaxation but was brought back to consciousness when the digeridoo was brought in. I did not realize how deep that my mind had relaxed. I had a wonderful takeaway from the experience. I felt calm, relaxed, but also energized and optimistic. Kathy has excellent credentials and has perfected her craft to provide her clients with a positive experience and outcome. This lady is one of the most dedicated people with the biggest heart that I have ever encountered. I don't think there are many places that offer what she offers as it relates to providing her clients with true holistic healing through sound. GO See Kathy! Now. I've had the privilege of experiencing Kathy's amazing healing and sound bowl therapy. I've seen a number of healers for many, many years, and can say that she's one of the best. Kathy is an excellent vibrational healer. I love having her sound baths but her one on one sessions are particularly life-changing. Her work is very different from any other healer (and I have experienced many). She takes plenty of time with you (up to 3 hrs) so she makes sure you are shifting and getting the work your body needs. If you don't understand what she is doing or taking place, please ask her. She encourages communication, even if you are on the table. She has studied many years and many paths to get to this point. You can trust that she knows what she is doing. When I was on her healing table, I was able to relax unlike any other time...this without her even touching my body. Do yourself a favor and have a session with her. It will be unlike anything else you will do for yourself. Plus, her work removes energetic blockages, so you will be different after her work,...and in a good way. I have been attending Singing Bowls weekly with Kathy since January 2017. Alex has led a couple of the sessions with Kathy and I loved the energy she brings to the bowls. Alex started personal sound massage in June 2017. I jumped on the opportunity to have a session with her. My session with Alex was amazing. During my session I slipped into a theta state a couple times. I have not been able to relax enough during the singing bowls mediations to relax enough to go into the theta state. With Alex working on me, it was different. I was very relaxed by being engulfed in the crystal bowls. The bowls were on me and all around me. I felt as if I was laying inside the bowl itself. Alex is very intuitive and her confidence of her trusting what is needed helped me to deeply relax and then grounded me after the session. Kathy at MauSOULeum was more then amazing I did a 4 hour session and want more! The time went by fast but seemed a perfect length! Kathy is a gifted, intuitive healer, and her skills with both Tibetan and crystal bowls is amazing. She obviously cares for her clients, and her soothing voice adds such warmth to her guided meditations. Her one-on-one sessions are amazing - she has such beautiful insights and the sense of peace and healing is amazing. It doesn't matter what is in my heart or on my mind, I feel transformed after the sessions. And Kathy's knowledge and sincerity shine! The group bowl sessions are amazing as well. I can't say enough wonderful and inspiring things about Kathy. I just finished her Usui Reiki Master & Singing Bowl Sound Healing Practitioner Certifications class and it was the best experience and life changing. I fell in love with her bowls and gongs! I have to tell you first off, WOW! That was an amazing session. One I truly needed without knowing how bad I needed it! For my physical body: I have had neck/scull/shoulder injury I have been working on healing on my own with little success. Happy to report it is all gone after our session-Thank you! From an Emotional and Energetic level: I have had some residual baggage of resentments, doubts, fears and just a feeling of heaviness energetically and foggy brain for quite awhile, that is gone and I am able to focus better. Kathy is a magical human being - filled with the most loving energy you can possibly imagine. It was my first time ever experiencing Reiki and I was just amazed. MauSOULeum Was The Chiropractor For My Soul! I recently experienced my first sound massage therapy at MauSOULeum, I didn't know what to expect, I hadn't heard of this method of massage. I was blown away at the results, afterwards, my body was relaxed similar to that of a physical massage. I noticed the heightened awareness of things around me and felt very reflective. On Saturday evening I experienced a group sound bath for the very first time and let me tell you how wonderful it was. For 2 hours we were bathed in sound, vibration and love by the amazing Kathy Murphy and her daughter Alex Taylor.
