Teachers come and go, as is the nature of the business. Thankfully, I look forward to a few constants: Nicole's brilliant sound baths, Chloe's evocative, primal Saturday am power flows, Alicia's "happy Monday, now let's get this party started" 6:15am thoughtfully curated flows (BEST way to start the work week), newcomer Suki's entrancing Sunday meditations, Teigh's loving Reiki offering, and Sarah Lakey's (who is EVERYTHING good in anatomy and movement progression) slow flow. This is my love letter to a place where, as soon as I settle in/ onto my mat, I feel like I'm home. The community is icing: I hope you come experience for yourself. There's a great 30 day all- you- can -practice offering. Hope to see you on the mat!

The mental and physical evolution has been instrumental to my health. I've gain so much confidence to the point where I now take showers with all the yogis after class! I remember seeing the showers early on and was, oh no, I can't do open showers without any curtains. This place has been so welcoming and non judgmental. I feel seen and respected here. The atmosphere is amazing, encouraging and professional. I think I've taken classes with the majority of the teachers at the studio. They each have their own style which is what I love. They are always willing and eager to help and answer any questions. The bathroom and showers are always clean. The studio is large and I love the wall of windows in the back. Of course during the summer it can get steamy in the room but the sunlight after a nice session is always a wonderful gift! I would recommend this place for anyone who is considering trying Yoga classes! They also host different events throughout the year.

Even the weekday classes before 4 PM were either pretty full or completely full. The studio itself is clean and well maintained. Just a heads-up : the showers are group-style (there's one for women, and I assume one for men), so no individual shower stalls. There are only a few toilets and the changing space is quite small, so it can get a little crowded before and after class. Overall, though, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this studio to anyone looking for quality yoga classes and great instructors. The price, atmosphere and teaching make it totally worth it!
