Because I can't take the lessons right now, I LOSE THEM, per company policy. $200 down the drain on these folks. This is terrible customer service and very bad business practice (if not illegal). Most importantly, they know how to encourage the kids to learn. My kid learned a lot during her time there. She even tried herself to play a few advanced pieces for recitals over the years. She out grew the school after a couple of years with Ms Leah and Hannah. It's too bad they don't offer 1-1 lessons. I was sad to pull her out for 1-1 lessons now. He took the time to examine my Alto Sax that caused me 4 trips and almost $250.00 at Oberloh Woodwind and Brass Works and the Sax was still not functioning as before. I was treated in a very professional manner. Eli looked at the Sax and advise me that the cork needs replacement soon and he un-did some of the tightening done by the folks at Oberloh. RESULTS?
