Somehow my husband managed to plow through his entire sandwich and most of his fries (I helped just because they were so good) and his help with my wings didn't really make a dent in them, although he gets a star for good effort lol. I saw the videos, and the way the employees were speaking about the situation made me question their credibility. A man's life should not be turned upside down over this. The employees made a choice to inflame the situation by trespassing the man resulting in the police arresting him. I saw nothing that indicated the employees attempted to resolve the situation or offer the customer anything to correct things. I wouldn't have left either after paying for my food. I go to this location often and while I usually have a good experience, they have at times messed up my order. This guy was a paying customer and the employees clearly lacked proper training on how to handle situations with frustrated customers. I will not be returning to this location until they issue a formal apology to Rashad Lott.
