The chicken, from my understanding and experience that was brought to my wife's attention was raw. I for one can tell you that your food had me in the bathroom numerous times after the wedding. We ordered four pizzas -- Hawaiian, chorizo (2), and onion--and they were ready exactly at the time I requested. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. He mentioned that on weekends, they also sell tamales and yuca. The pizzas were phenomenal. They brought me right back to the Cuban pizzas from the island! The dough was perfect, and at $10 each, these personal pizzas were a great deal. Cuban pizzas are naturally dense, so even though they're "personal," they definitely filled us up.
