I was ordering and requested to change the cheese on the regular cheesesteak to American. They told me they did not have American and only had it for "special promotions" or some such gobbledygook. I am not sure if this is a franchisor thing or a this particular franchise thing, but American cheese is a staple item for anyone selling a cheesesteak. I literally cancelled my order and walked. What a ridiculous unforced error.
