I'd say they've learned some tricks! Neither the steak not the chicken were dry/tough. I was pleased with everything in my Trio Combo, and as always the portions are huge. I'll get three meals out of this. It's almost as good as Sakura, my fav teppanyaki around, but bonus, this comes without a show (that I know by heart). At the register, they asked if I wanted to add ribs for about $5, and I'm glad I did because the ribs ended up being the star of the whole meal. Man... those ribs were incredible. The bark was perfect, the seasoning was spot on, they were tender, juicy, and basically fell off the bone. I originally came in wanting brisket/burnt ends, and those were very good too, but the ribs stole the show. The portion sizes were solid. The mac and cheese was rich and creamy, the street corn was FIRE, and their Big Lee's tea was really good too. It almost has a Kool-Aid type flavor to it, sweet and refreshing. The meal also came with some type of biscuit, although I didn't eat that. Overall, great atmosphere, friendly staff, clean restaurant, generous portions, and top-notch barbecue.
