So, we are both disabled, and frequently unable to cook dinner for ourselves so we order from the 8721 Baseline Rd, Ocala location quite often. I've never had a complaint about their food, but the 3rd party deliveries have been a huge issue, with missing drinks and food. When you live on 780 a month huge issue. I have called and complained about this several times, until I finally spoke with the manager, Desiree. I let her know what had been happening and told her we probably wouldn't be ordering again. She apologized profusely and asked that we give them a second chance. Well, I just got out of the hospital and decided tonight to try again. My father, a retired Marine veteran, drove 40 minutes to pick up an order of 50 wings. The staff (2 of them) said there was no order placed and actually laughed at him! The manager later called and asked why my Dad never picked up the wings!!! The order was literally sitting there, waiting for him! Shame on them. Even if the order wasn't actually placed, laughing and degrading people is absolutely unacceptable. The fact that they were WRONG just exacerbates the degrading way he was treated. Ordered 15 Hot garlic with baked beans and slaw and 10 boneless garlic honey bbq with fries. All of it was delicious, the hot garlic is some of the best I've had and the garlic honey bbq was a hit too. The blue cheese is perfect! Not a big ranch guy but this ranch is good. Fries were crispy and golden. Beans and slaw were great. Got a jug of lemonade and it's way too sweet for me not a lot of lemon bite so that's a hard pass for me but everything else was great. read more

Today, 2/19/24, this place on Baseline rd, has the snottiest & rudest young Spanish girl answering the phones and working the register. Then an old Spanish lady that cooks is just as bad. I ordered the $30.00 wing meal (I had a coupon) it included a large BATCH of fries. I literally got 11 pieces of fries (I counted them). I drive back to the store with the fries and the older lady says "that's our large batch of fries. I couldn't believe it. I walked out. I'll never go there again. Stopped in on my way home last night to grab some wings to take home for supper. When I told them this was my first time visiting, they were very helpful in picking out the right combo for my meal. I took their recommendation, and waited only about 10 minutes for 20 wings and a HUGE pile of fries! They told me they make their own ranch and bleu cheese, so I asked for bleu cheese (ended up receiving ranch, or this would have been 5 stars). VERY happy with the quality of the wings, the flavor of the sauce, and the portion sizes. The fries were crispy on the outside, and tender/flaky on the inside, with just the right amount of salt. I love good hot wings, so I decided to try this location to see what they had to offer. I guess I caught them at a bad time because the staff was too busy talking and goofing off instead of paying attention to who is walking in. I eventually placed an order for some wings and fries to go. I waited about 20 minutes to receive my meal. While waiting I continued to watch the staff play on their phones and do minimal work. The wings were alright, nothing too fancy the blue cheese is way too watery might as well get a glass of milk and throw some blue cheese crumble in it. it's like they messed up the ratio of buttermilk to mayonnaise. Do not get the boneless wings out of 4 orders they are usually poorly trimmed and grisly. Porkies are good as well just avoid boneless wings and the blue cheese.
