We have two dogs, including one who is 15 years old. As she's gotten older, she has started using one area of the living room as a bathroom at night. We put puppy pads down, but sometimes she misses, and spot cleaning could only do so much. She also manages to bring in plenty of dirt because on our walks in the East Bay parks, one of her favorite things to do is roll around on the ground. I recently moved her bed and was shocked by how dirty the carpet had become. The difference in color between the carpet that had been protected under her bed and the carpet in front of it was pretty awful. The high-traffic areas were looking bad too. Jesse spent about five hours getting everything clean. He took his time with the pretreatments, which clearly made a difference, and he also cleaned two upholstered chairs for us. I was amazed by the results. The carpets look beautiful again. Jesse is efficient, thorough, and an extremely hard worker. Bob did an excellent job on our two-story home and he even put up guards to ensure that the hose did not damage our walls. Which he explained to me before he started to do the work. He also took the time to explain what he would be doing, so we could be aware of what he was doing during the process of the carpet cleaning. We found that to be very useful as many cleaners don't take the time to educate their customers, they just throw some stuff down and start running a machine; so this was an excellent plus in our eyes. I paid for the 3 bedrooms and the master bedroom clearly still has areas of heavy foot traffic by the door. I thought it would lighten up after it dried but it didn't, so I think this area just didn't get enough attention. There was also a stain left in one of the smaller bedrooms that I think could've been treated more throughly. I plan to treat these areas myself before moving the furniture back into the rooms where they belong. I still left a tip. UPDATE: the business owner contacted me offering to come back and re-clean the areas. I appreciated them following up and taking the time to address the issue. Two technicians Will and Frank came over and did a great job in cleaning the dark spots and removing the stain in the other room.
