Recently had a burst water pipe on a weekend. Tim came over on a Sunday and knew just what to do! Removed the pad, put a fan on the wet carpet....bottom line, he saved the carpet, and was able to confine the damage to one room (whole house is wall-to-wall carpet). I am forever grateful for his help. I have used Spotless Carpet Cleaning for several years--always good results with cleaning. But, this emergency help was exceptional. Highly recommend this company. read more

10 Stars Great Service Tim is a good guy!! Everytime I need carpets cleaned thats who I call.

We always have Spotless clean our area rugs. They do a fantastic job, always on time and great communication.

Our carpets were way overdue for a cleaning. Called Spotless Carpet Cleaning and they were available within two weeks for the time we had requested (evening appointment after work). I was told that on the day of, Tim would check out the space and quote us for the work. If we agreed to the price, carpets would be cleaned then. Just got the carpets cleaned today and my husband and I are very happy with the job, price, and professionalism from Spotless Carpet Cleaning. I will be referring this business to our family and friends and will be calling them up again when it's time for another carpet cleaning job! Thank you Tim! read more

We have had Tim clean our carpets many times. He's always professional and kind. I highly recommend Spotless Carpet Cleaning.

Tim did an awesome job! Fast, thorough, on time, friendly and great price point. He was also very respectful with wearing a mask and and being safe during the COVID pandemic. He did our bedrooms and a couple of area rugs. It all looks lovely, clean, smells fresh. It took just about 1 day for them to completely dry. Being winter, it was expected. I highly recommend this company! read more

Nice, fast, professional. I have used Spotless about half a dozen times over the years and it's always a good experience.

Before putting our new bed in our room, I figured I'd have the carpet cleaned. Called Spotless and by that Monday he arrived and it was done. Very punctual and took only as much time as was needed. Will definitely use again. read more

Tim seems like a great guy! He's personable, efficient, and he did an excellent job. Highly recommended to anyone looking for carpet cleaning the Benicia area. Note: Carpets were extremely dry for just being washed, yet all stains are gone. This is not the case with many professional carpet cleaners who leave the floors practically soaked. read more

Big dude, tattoos, cost effective, and knows his shiz. Recommend to everyone I know........... Cleaned our carpets twice in a 3 years. Also recently steam cleaned our kitchen tiles, and I had no idea the grout was white. Thanks. read more

I'll take a second away from staring at my amazingly clean carpets to tell you how in love I am with the job that Rich at Spotless does for our home. Here's the scenario: white carpets up the stairs and in every room, 1 black lab, 2 kids, and a husband who stomps around in boots. It's not pretty. Then you add in that one time I tripped going up the stairs with my (first) glass of red wine. Thank you Rich for saving my home just in time for Thanksgiving! Great customer service, quick and efficient job, no hard fibers or harsh smells, and it was ready for our dinner party at 6pm. I'm already set up on their automatic program. 'Cause I'm ready for another glass of wine ;) read more

Yes, Spotless is pricey. And Yes, they're worth it! They spent quality time with our carpet, and their effort shows. Our stairs were pretty grungy, and now they look great! They got out some long-time stains that I had thought were permanent. Spotless is amazing! read more

Not sure if these guys source out to someone, but my carpet was left dirty. First, I was quoted $59 per room (I had 2), plus the cost of an area rug. Total amount was $250. This guy left no receipt of services and when carpet finally dried, it was still dirty. I was very disappointed in the work to say the least after being referred to them. read more

Based on previous reviews, I scheduled with Spotless for a cleaning. Indeed, the service was wonderful. We rent, and the carpets are far from new. Also, we have a golden retriever that happily adds to the dirt and smell. The technician quoted me a price, and then I requested additional odor treatment. He told me this was included in the price. Perfect opportunity for them to pad the bill, which they didn't do. The service was professional and efficient. The carpet looks (and smells!) great. Very fair price for the service rendered. I will definitely use Spotless again, and highly recommend them. read more

Great service and very reasonably. Tim, thank you for another incredible job! Always reliable, reasonably priced, and on time. Great work.

Tim and Rich are amazing!! Super professional, on-time, very efficient and their carpet cleaning is truly spotless. The carpet looks like it is brand new after their cleaning!! Great work, highly recommended! read more

Perfect marriage of workmanship and customer service! Cleaned my living room and "gym" in a couple hours and was on his way. Arrived on-time and ready to work. 30 year-old carpet looks nearly new and I'm grateful. Very professional and reassured me that he would follow-up if I had any issues. Great sense of humor and work ethic. Will definitely call again. read more

Had Spotless Carpet Cleaning out today for a move out cleaning. They did a wonderful job. I highly recommend. Great company to work with.

Since Spotless has cleaned our carpets for years, I figured I should leave a review for a job well done. Tim & Rich are the Dynamic Duo. Fast, friendly, and efficient. So happy to have quality so close to home. Thanks!!!!! read more

Well I came to Yelp to leave a great review seems like I'm a little late to the party.. spotless came and did an amazing job compared to other carpet cleaners is seem like they spent an entire hour extra and I can't be happier. Thanks again spotless for living up to your name and being an old school hard worker with integrity. So rare anymore. I'm sure I'll be seeing you again thanks a lot for everything! read more

I needed my barstools of seven years to be cleaned. Tim arrived on time and was very honest regarding the success of cleaning these soiled stools based on the type of fabric and staining. Tim cleaned one and I wasn't sure to continue with the rest. Tim stated, "let this dry and if you like it, I'll come back". No charge for today. I appreciate his honesty and no pressure tactics. Update: Tim returned and chairs look great! Thank you Tim and I hoping this works! read more

Sorry it has taken us over 3 weeks to write this review. I was impressed that Rich showed up for our appointment early. Also, there was a guarantee on all of the work that was performed in the home. He promised us that if we weren't 100% satisfied, he would make a return trip to our home at "no additional charge" and correct the problems that we felt were unacceptable. My wife & I were pleasantly surprised at his guarantee. Spotless came to us as a referral from a friend of mine and she told us "you won't be disappointed" We were pleasantly surprised what a great referral she gave to us. We were fortunate enough to have the owner of the company come out to our home and give us the estimate. After we agreed on the price and the work that would be performed, we set up an appointment with the office. On the day of our appointment-Rich was early again!!!.The carpets were filthy and I was very skeptical of the end result. (thanks to all of the kids that parade through the house, along with the dogs, cats and the many guests that we have over at our home) We had some pieces of furniture that needed to be moved. Rich and I were able to tackle this move together. I was impressed with the details of the cleaning process every step of the way. Rich used a product called Esteam and it removed the really bad stains that have been left in the carpets since the last company came to our home.(1.5 years ago) Two+ hours later; the carpets looked Great, smelled Great and the both of us were very Happy with the work that had been done by Spotless. Rich gave us a bottle of the Esteam product to use on the spots that would occur on the carpets in the future. I was pleasantly surprised with this generous gift and I thanked him repeatedly. This company truly cares about "Customer Service". It is such a great feeling to know that there are still people out there that stand behind their work and want you (the customer) to be 100% Happy. Many Thanks Spotless & we will put a good word out there for you. We are satisfied customers. PS: When I run out of the Esteam, can I buy the next bottle? Thanks again, Kevin read more

I enjoy working with spotless carpet cleaning! Always on time and always flexible. Honest and so helpful!

Wow, Great work, honest, fast, friendly, professional... I was able to have a same day appointment. Tim did a fantastic job cleaning my carpet. And the best part for me is he's honest. He wrote out my receipt. I didn't look at it and paid what I understood the price was. Then 20 minuets after he leaves I got a call explaining I over paid him. He could have kept the money because I never looked at the bill and threw it away. I would have never known. I'm so appreciate the honesty.... that's rare these days !!! So if your looking for a awesome carpet cleaner who's fast, friendly, efficient and Honest. Call spotless. They're the best!!! read more

We have a "brand-new" 40- year old carpet! Tim Wirbick came today and left our staircase SPOTLESS! We were amazed. We've had other services do our carpet cleaning but "Spotless" Benicia has to be the best. We highly recommend this service with "Mr. Clean", Tim Wirbick. He really knows how to treat an old carpet so it looks brand-new. read more

We called Spotless to clean our sectional and area rug. We have three dogs who spend a lot of time on both. Tim showed up right on time, actually a few minutes early, and did a great job. Both look brand new! I also couldn't believe how little water was on my hardwood, bamboo, floor when he was done. There was none! Last year, when another company cleaned then same couch and rug, there was water all over the floor. We will definitely be calling Tim any time we need the couch and our rugs cleaned. read more

Our carpets have never been cleaner! The owner came out and took his time on our white carpets and they look brand new. I never thought they could look this good! Looking forward to a long relationship with Spotless carpet cleaning for years to come! read more

Tim and associate came today and cleaned about 5,000. sq' of carpet. Excellent Job! They got out stains I didn't think were possible. I am so pleased with the quality of work they performed. I highly recommend using this company. Will definitely hire them again. read more

3 weeks ago I was the lucky recipient of a complimentary carpet cleaning. Not only was Tim on time (early actually) and super cool, but he's professional, fast and even cleaned an area rug that was laying by the front door. You know when you see those before and after pics of filthy carpets and think...wow, that looks awesome!...only to wake up a couple of days later and those nasty stains are back with a vengeance? I waited a few weeks before I wrote this review and still, no stains! I also have a dog who has terrible allergies and was extremely nervous that whatever detergent they use would flare them up. I swear,,,I think his allergies have actually gotten better since "Spotless" was here. Tim is definitely my go to carpet cleaning guy from now on. His company rocks and I couldn't be happier:) read more

Spotless is AMAZING!!! Amy called back immediately, Tim showed pretty much after hours to help us with a flood emergency... Dealt with "others" for a day and finally went to the DEPENDABLE source. Thank you a million times. You will be taken care of and your wallet will not shrink away. I cannot state how awesome it feels to be taken care of in a time of need. read more

Wow, amazing job! Still can't believe how good my house looks! Rich did a fabulous job, cleaning all the carpet (2 boys and an active dog!), as well as my kitchen chairs, which i thought needed to be thrown out. Fantastic job done, extra nice, and now i don't need to replace my chairs! I will definately be calling again when they need another cleaning. And, the price was right, so grateful! read more

I had my 50 year l had couch cleaned and a chair almost as old and the service was great. The couch smelled fresh and the shape returned to the cushions that had been sat on over the years. Most comfortable couch ever! I didn't give 5 stars because the website stated any service over $100 a $25 discount and the same day later that evening on Benicia Happenings there was a advertisement saying the same thing. Over all very happy I don't need to purchase new furniture that is not going to be made as well as my old stuff. read more
