My carpet is cleaner than it has been in a long time. The cleaning only took an hour. The cost was reasonable. The only possible downside was that he had to delay the appointment a bit. However I do not count that as a problem since I was notified there was a problem and the cleaning was done a bit later the same day. All in all a fine experience for me. I have been using ANS carpet cleaning for many years (possibly 10 years) already. I get my carpet cleaned every year. It was a great service until today. I was told the appointment time was 11am. No one showed up so I called them at 11:15am and was informed that the time of arrival was between 11-12pm. The one hour estimated time of arrival was not informed to me when I made the appointment and I was never experienced this with them before. Then I was quoted $159 for 3 bedrooms, a hallway, and the stairs. It was $89 for 3 bedrooms and each additional area was $35 (hallway and stairs). I was told that the deal of $89 for 3 bedrooms and hallway is old and is no longer applied. The owner told me that the ad was posted by someone else and he has no way to remove it. It is clearly stated the photo was posted by business owner. The owner and his son had always been a honest and helpful individuals. However, I am extremely disappointed with the dishonest pricing I was provided today. I might have to consider a different company next time. read more

Most of the house is wood floors except the 3 bedrooms so this is exactly what we were looking for. 2 of the 3 bedrooms had heavy foot traffic and one had a stubborn stain. They were prompt, professional and did an excellent job. They paid special attention to those areas of discoloration and restored the carpet to look good as new. I have used ANS for several years and verbally was satisfied with the work . They weren't the best caroet cleaner I've ever used but the value was there so you could clean more frequently . Recently my last cleaning didn't go well. The stains raised back up immediately after drying within a day . I called ANS to come back out and they did . I respected that they stood Behring their work . Fast forward til today and I had an appt booked for. Whole house cleaning as well as a furniture cleaning and had taken off work to accommodate it . They never showed up and when I called the lender said he had a notation on his calendar not to come back since they had to fix their last cleaning . That I and of itself is ridiculous but to do a no show no call is beyond unprofessional . Disappointed in the process to make an appointment. I completed their online form, received an email asking me when it would be a good day for them to come out? Gave no information about their soonest availability, etc. I replied giving them a day that would work for us the following week. Did not receive any response on email or on my phone. I tried calling them and the voice mail was full, so I couldn't even leave a voice mail message. Needless to say, the day I inquired about has since come and gone. If there was an issue with the family that caused them hardship, they should changed their voice mail message to indicate that they are closed. Otherwise, answer the phone and check the messages and respond to your website inquiries. Good luck scheduling if you are a new client.... I hired another company with a live person answering the phone and they came out the following morning. So, am not following the comments on reliability??? ANS cleaned my carpet as the final step of my recent move. They're currently having a great deal where they'll clean a 2-bedroom apartment (or three rooms, if you want part of your bigger place cleaned) for $90. I've paid more than that to get my past one-bedroom places' carpets cleaned, so that seems like an amazing deal to me. Along with being inexpensive, ANS did a ridiculously good job cleaning my carpet. They were easy to schedule an appointment with, answered all my questions (they're available for calls and appointments in English or Spanish 7 days a week), and were very nice and professional. The husband and wife combo were fantastic. I have carpet that has seen WAY better days and has had untold number of pet accidents on it. I own one of the expensive $800 Kirby steam cleaners and when I do it myself it looks great for about two days and then the stains come back. When they came in, they said they probably couldn't make it look as good as new; but that was fine with me. I wasn't expecting miracles. I just wanted them to give it a shot professionally before I broke down and got new carpets. It wasn't a miracle, but it was pretty damn close! It's been almost a month and the vast majority of the stains were gone and stayed gone. The smell, which I had become uncomfortably accustomed to, is gone and my house smells fresh and clean again. They came in, moved everything themselves and were in and out before I knew it. They underpromised and overdelivered, which is exactly how a business should conduct itself. After some self cleaning I discovered black was definitely not the original grout color and the job was way beyond my skill and ability. So I called Aurelio (owner) for an estimate. He came over on time, was patient answering my questions, and was available the next day if I so chose. He was right on time for our scheduled appointment and turned that "black" grout into a bright off white.... it was crazy if you saw the before and after.
