When I asked to speak to Dr. Colby directly the staff said he would not call us back. They also attempted to charge us for services above the contracted amount with Delta Dental which is not allowed by the carrier. A couple days after I asked to speak with Dr Colby, I received a letter in the mail, terminating their relationship with me.

At my 1st visit, Dr. Richard Kennedy noticed I had a cracked molar and needed a crown (note: don't chew ice!). I liked that they showed me the photo of the molar on the digital screen so I could see it as well. Morgan coordinated with my dental insurance and obtained the authorization for the crown. After putting off this procedure as long as I could, I finally came back and had it done in 2 visits. Dr Kennedy did an amazing job and made an unpleasant procedure as pleasant as possible. When undergoing dental/medical procedures, I like to be told what's happening as it's happening, and he kept me apprised throughout, which relieved my apprehension. He also helped me with a breathing exercise. At the 1st visit, the molar was shaved down and a temporary crown was put on. A few weeks later at the 2nd visit, the temporary crown was removed and the permanent crown was put on. Dr. Kennedy had me bite down on paper several times so he could determine the right fit. The fit was perfect and I have not had any issues since. Thank you!!!
