My husband guilted me into going to a dentist (not because my teeth were disgusting lol) but because we were paying for my dental insurance & it was going to waste. SO I googled nearby dental offices & made an appointment with A Smile Shoppe & I wasn't looking forward to it... WELL to my surprise - from the moment I walked in I was BLOWN AWAY. This is not just any old dentist's office. This place is so clean & modern and the receptionists are all super friendly & sweet. I was still cautious & nervous about what was going to happen once I went back. Well ANOTHER SURPRISE! My technician was amazing & my cleaning was not painful OR messy! THEN I met Dr. Call & he was so kind & fun and very knowledgeable of his craft. He is the most down to earth dentist I have ever met! I did not feel like another number. I couldn't believe that I was actually having fun at a dentist's office & I didn't want to leave. I'm telling you they are AMAZING!!! Now I look forward to my 6 month cleanings!! And go regularly! My husband couldn't believe it when I got home & told him what a great time I had & that he needed to schedule an appointment asap. Dr. Call has also really helped my husband with all of the jaw pain he was having. Dr. Call is the first person who has made recommendations for him & is doing everything he can to help him. And he has already made major improvements!! Dr. Call & his staff are phenomenal. If you are looking for a dentist to change your life, look no further!

I am 74 years old and never had to raise my hand more than once due to excess fluids in my mouth. Further, I was over-charged by $160.60 and I am still waiting for refund "from corporate" SIX WEEKS LATER! Dental hygienist was wonderful. However, Terrible service by dentist and disgusting time lag in refunding my money. Avoid this dentist.

They said it was our responsibility to know when to schedule our appointments so they insisted on payment. We have been going there for seven years and this was the first time that this has happened. When I asked to speak to Dr. Colby directly the staff said he would not call us back. They also attempted to charge us for services above the contracted amount with Delta Dental which is not allowed by the carrier. A couple days after I asked to speak with Dr Colby, I received a letter in the mail, terminating their relationship with me.
