Once there the receptionist who personally spoke with me on the phone took the time to check me in and made me feel comfortable. I have extreme anxiety and cart a lot of shame and embarrassment for my teeth. Once I was taken back each employee I interacted with were kind and did not make me feel bad for how I felt or why I was there. They explained everything and were very gentle. Once I met the dentist he took the time he did not have to explain a plan to me and sent me to home with a plan and some antibiotics. Like I said after years of shame and embarrassment due to previous dentist I had visited i was able to leave with hope and a little less fear of future dental appointments in the future. The office with clean, easy to get to, plenty of parking and very caring people.

One of those wisdom teeth were sideways and near jaw muscles. Damn, thing bled for a minute, but it was because I had the gauze in the wrong spot! BUT, everyone there was great. Had great meds after and didn't even need more than one painkiller to help eat the first day! Take it from me and I've been under at least 4 times. Anesthesia was the perfect amount! Didn't wake up like I was back in college after a bender and didn't feel much the first night. His staff was great! Shout out to Evaristo, Luiza and Melissa! They were the great staff who got me through my extractions. They called the afternoon of my surgery and gave me suggestions to keep pain-free! Great team! Great doctor! I'd go again if I could, but won't need his services anymore!

I had my wisdom teeth removed here. Honestly I didn't even know why I chose Dr. Mudd. Maybe because…read moremy choices were limited by my insurance? I'm not sure. It wasn't a 5 star experience and I wish I had gone somewhere else. My nerves on the right side of my chin were damaged from the wisdom tooth extraction and it's been more than 3 years now. It feels like a spot on my chin is still under anesthesia. Slowly I just got used to it and I don't even notice it now until I think about it. I'm not sure if there's any operational error or nerve damage is just part of the risk of such a surgery, because someone I know who went to another surgeon also had nerve damage in her tongue. Wisdom tooth extraction definitely involves risks because it's actually a major surgery. Spend time to do some extensive research to find a highly rated doctor before it becomes an urgency! Besides that, things went okay. I had general anesthesia and went to sleep in 10 seconds, and woke up right after the surgery was done. My wounds healed very well with no complication. The pain was very manageable that I didn't even need the prescribed 500mg ibuprofen. My recovery process went well. So, I can't say if it's the doctor's fault really. But having nerve damage definitely would not make this a 5 star experience lol. I'm sorry if you happen to have nerve damage. It can be scary at first, but our brains do an amazing job to tune it out. I don't notice it's there anymore until I actively think about it! I don't wish this on anyone but if it happens it's not the end of the world! :-)

I am 77 years old and have had major dental problems since childhood from growing up in Mexico. From a young age, ALL my teeth became heavily stained and significantly unaligned. I have seen many dentist in my life with hopes of some improvement. As I have aged, my concern has also included the declining health of my teeth. I was experiencing great discomfort and had fear I would be loosing my teeth. Then I met Dr. Tori McRae. She confirmed what I always knew, my teeth were in very poor condition, not only their appearance but their health. It was clear my teeth were deteriorating. Rather than turn me away, Dr. McRae immediately accepted the challenge and created Several treatment options for me to consider, explaining each one in great detail. Ultimately, i entrusted Dr. McRae. Over multiple appointments, Dr. McRae worked on my teeth repairing the damage and improving their look. I was nervous and unsure of what results to expect. The results are literally a life changing. She not only repaired the damage, she made my teeth beautiful! The experience has been surreal and exceeding all expectations. Dr. McRae and her staff have been amazing, I really can't express how grateful I am to them !! I still can't believe my before and after, and truthfully , the photos don't do the results justice.

The front/admin staff is so friendly and I really like any staff I've encountered. I've had one dental hygienist for a while but after she left, although I was a little worried, and we built a rapport the new one was good too. Every dentist (Curt, Tori and Matt) and I've had is so nice and personable. They call to check in on you (not the admin staff) if you've had work done-- including "just" cavities. This drive is worth it for me because I love the leadership that Curt McRae has put into his office. I've referred my parents and they are so good to them! Highly recommend this place.
