I told her a little bit of my TMJ, she's very informative and told me how I can do home remedies massages for myself, as well as certain areas that we found were tender as she did some pressure points, and told me how to straighten my muscles. After the session was done, my feet felt great after standing for eight hours yesterday at work. My neck also feels very relaxed, I came in with tension and tightness, and she helped me loosen it up.
