Booked a couples spa day for my friend and I as we were in town for the weekend. The online booking process was straight forward. I did call and talk to someone prior to, asking about what order they should be in. The person on the phone gave me good feedback and was pleasant. Showed up Saturday morning and started with a 30 minute infrared sauna. This was FABULOUS! The staff checked us in and showed us to our sauna room. Gave us great instruction and left us to enjoy. There isn't a changing room, but each of the rooms have plenty of space to put your stuff down. The sauna room had little paper bags to put our clothes in, robes hanging, (we were moving to a massage next,) water in the room as well as a cold bag with washclothes for post sauna wipe down. Fresh towels and glasses for using the red light. Sauna instructions were easy enough. So enjoyable! Moved on to a 50 minute massage with Melanie. She gave great pressure and checked in with me throughout to make sure it I was happy. We had a pleasant conversation and it was relaxing. The room was clean and bright, no black out drapes and some road noise to be heard, but I didn't mind that. For the last service, we had the float. I had to forgo the float as my hair was still bleeding hair color. I planned ahead but still had faint color coming through. They were understandable and didn't charge for the float which kind of them. My friend did float and she enjoyed it. The float room has a shower, towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash as well as ear plugs, vaseline to cover any cuts/scrapes and neck pillows. All the pre direction given prior to arriving as well as instructions given at the time of the appointments were right on. I don't do great in small enclosed spaces but this was nowhere near as intense as I had expected it to be- I had a great time. Justin was my masseuse and he was amazing. We did a couples float pod that was 120 for an hour. SO fell asleep. Music and ambiance lighting was fine, pod had enough room for the two of us. Comes with neck floaties and a face towel in case you get salt in your eye. Fully stocked mini kits that have earplugs, petroleum jelly and q-tip to prevent any issues during the float. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner smelled awesome and the towels were fluffy. Website is comprehensive and explains all services thoroughly. Restrooms are clean. read more

Mother's Day Massage was therapeutic, cathartic and completely needed. Bronson is a high vibration healer, I'm still buzzing the next day. Best decision to start with the red light sauna, only recommend adding a few more cold towels in the bag. The aesthetic of the lobby is relaxing with all the greenery, very clean too. Had the BEST massage ever! My massage therapist was Darcy. She is really good and very accomodating. Usually massages makes me feel sore afterwards because of too much pressure but she was hitting the right spot with the right pressure. My mom and I booked for floats here. It was straightforward, they emailed us our waivers so we could sign online, perfect. When we arrived there was a warm reception and explanation on the spa and how to use the pod. The 60 minutes was long enough for me. The lavender tea and relaxation in the lounge area afterward, instead of being rushed out, was probably my favorite part. Hot tip: make sure you're ear plugs are in good BEFORE you shower and put in well because you don't want water in your ears, which happened to both me and my mom. Otherwise very enjoyable!!!! As for the actual floating there is lights and nice fleet/spa music that you can control. It's nice but I wanted total darkness and total silence. We paid $145 each (before tip) for a 50 mins massage and 50 mins float session. While in Capitola for the day, my bf and I decided we last minute wanted to get a massage. We were able to book a 50 mins massage + 50 mins float session on the same day that we called in. The space is tucked away just a few minute drive away from Capitola Beach. You'll love all the plants and decor (and the friendly spa dog!). We started off with individual massages. My masseuse was kind, comforting, and so attentive. The massage was one of the best that I ever had, and I loved the addition of CBD lotion. Next, my boyfriend and I reconvened for our floating session. We were given detailed instructions on how the experience worked. The experience truly is something unique - you're literally floating on 1000 lbs of salt! You can choose to play music or have lights in your pod, but we much preferred to be fully immersed in the experience and floated in the dark with no music. Though I was a skeptic at first, I thoroughly enjoyed my floating experience and left feeling incredibly rejuvenated. Thanks for the great time! *TIPS FOR FIRST TIMERS* - You can go into the floating pod with a bathing suit, but I would definitely recommend going in full-on nude - Once you're in the pod, try your best not to touch your face, as the salt can sting your eyes. They do offer fresh water and face towels if you need to wash your face - The pod got a little stuffy, so you can keep the door slightly ajar for air. Although my review is 3 star, hear me out. We are 3 years out from a pandemic and the stringent masking still applies here. I come for float services and had my first massage. Services are great. Bathrooms are outside and not very nice and when your done with your service, there isn't anywhere to comb or dry your hair or put some makeup on to refresh so you have to go straight home. For this, I don't consider this a spa. Edit: I apologize for giving a review when I didn't know you were considered health care.
