I was able to secure an appointment for a massage on the same day, as well as a sauna session for my traveling companion, both at the same time. The spa is very inviting and clean, and has a relaxing vibe as soon as you walk in the door. The best part of my experience was Yana! Her calm demeanor and attentiveness to my needs came through the moment I met her and my massage was simply wonderful. She sensed the exact amount of pressure I needed throughout and employs a lot of stretching during the session, which I really appreciate and respond well to. The float therapy is great but is not to die for. The infrared sauna again, good but not amazing. The place is clean and nice. If I could give ten stars I would, I have an incredible experience this weekend. Am in town for just one night, had a long bike ride, and wanted to close out with some self pampering. I left a message with Sage, they called me back immediately, had very reasonable prices for a package of a float, Sauna AND 80 minute massage, and fit me in that night. Their place was clean, the people were kind that welcomed me in and explained the room to me. The sauna was peaceful and relaxing, the float was a little scary but once I let go it was incredible and healing (something happened emotionally and I just cried and cried! but I think that's the point!). Then I had my 80 minute massage with Justin who is a true healer. His hands knew right where to go, where to focus, super intuitive therapist. He was a really nice guy too, and this was just one the best massages I've ever had (and I slept 9 hours when I got back which is unheard of for me!). I wish I lived here, because I would go weekly, but I'll be coming back for sure. This place is THE BEST. read more

Went in for a Sauna Massage and float! I was seeing stars (in a great way) after my spa session. The front desk service was great as well as the instructions on how to operate sauna and the float. I would definitely come back in the near future as the float was so relaxing! My body felt like a million bucks and as an athlete the body is always under stress and sore, it all went away after my spa day. Anyone being picky about petty little shit like this Leslie guy (see 3 star review) probably needs 1000x spa days to chill TF out! First time there today, massage only. The place seemed so clean and covid conscious. Masseuse (Darcy?) was very good. Her work seemed experienced and 'intentional' vs just a rote massage. I asked front desk about covid safety of float rooms and tubs. The very descriptive answer convinced me to try it sometime. Only problem is breathing, with a mask, while on stomach. Choose your mask carefully. I think next time I would wear a kn95 or something structured that won't press into nose and mouth. read more

Went to try out this new trend and was underwhelmed. Started out with a massage from Vanessa, which was GREAT ! Then was lead into the room where my tub awaited me. I managed to get through just over 1/2 hour with the lid closed. When I left the lid cracked for air, it was too cold, when I closed it, it felt suffocating and I got dizzy from lack of fresh air. Music was nice. Several of the reasons I can't rate this higher. The guy who explained everything, though nice enough, wasn't interested in honest feedback and wasn't terribly sincere. OK, I get it, you're a millennial (sorry to the super awesome ones out there). The bathrooms aren't in the spa location, you have to walk outside, which isn't terribly ideal for naked people in robes. The tub rooms don't have mirrors so after you shower and get dressed, you can't inspect yourself before you walk out. The water in the "relax-area" tasted super chemical-like and foul. I didn't realize how awful it was until after I swigged a whole cup full and being parched after soaking in intensely salty water... well you don't think you need to test the drinking water. I'm bummed. I wanted this to be more. The place is cute and decorated on point, but there was just enough "meh" to make it so that I won't be back. read more

Sage Float Spa is a beautiful sanctuary! The waiting areas are clean with gorgeous plants everywhere and the soothing decor is so welcoming. The staff is outstanding. We were cared for by receptionist Lindsay at the spa, who was friendly, professional, and warm. The owner Elana was a great help to us in leading up to our first float. You can tell her business is a true labor of love. The pods are well-maintained and clean enough even for this super-nitpicky gal. The showers (and bathing products) are awesome, too! This is a wonderful experience, you definitely need to be in the mood for deprivation, or meditation for this to work efficiently. I have only done a couple floats and only here at Sage, so Im not a thousand percent sure of all the little details, but I did notice that My 2nd float Wasn't as buoyant as the previous time and that did not allow me to FLOAT as high or nicely and it definitely made a difference. I will be back, this spot is clean, quaint, and super friendly *Third Float was AMAZING, and I definitely had a perfect buoyant Float, it literally took me to another dimension I recommend anyone to at least try this once even if you come for Happy Hour to save a few bucks to see if you enjoy it. read more

I really liked it though! I think anything longer than an hour would be too long. The red light setting was really nice (I did not like complete darkness) and I left the music on. An overdue review for my experience here at Sage. The atmosphere of this place is so relaxing and calming. I love the indoor plants along with how clean the place is. Gabby took care of me and during the process I loved how she reminded me to breathe deeply. Her hands and motions felt like ancient healing energy seeping into my body. Next thing I knew, I fell into a deep state of calmness. Wasn't asleep but also wasn't fully awake. I felt so refreshed and rejuvenated afterwards. What can I say? Sage Float Spa is amazing! I've visited here a number of times now since their opening. It's gotta even nicer after their first renovation. The rooms are spacious, the amenities are plentiful, and the float tanks are great, clean, and clearly well maintained. The amenities in the post-float recovery room are a nice touch. I always feel refreshed after floating. I suffer from degenerative disc disease and find floating an easy way to manage the symptoms and the effects last quite a while for me. I really like the atmosphere there and they really take care of you. If it's your first time, just let them know and they'll give you the full run down. They really make you feel comfortable. They do get a lot of regulars, which is always a great sign. Looking forward to trying out the sauna or getting a massage in the future. Thanks Sage! Owner Elana has been very thoughtful and informative as I've become more used to floating as a practice and the staff is always helpful and approachable. Over the past several months I've been using the infrared sauna before I float and the addition has been such a treat! The time in the sauna allows me to begin slowing down so I'm pretty relaxed before getting in the float tank. What I find exceptional about Sage is the atmosphere.
