Overall, it was a good massage, but it was more of a swedish massage with some hot stone treatment thrown in. Pressure was good, and my therapist did regularly ask if the pressure was right. She did cover my full body, worked my back and neck really well, and included some stretching in the full 60 minutes. However, it did seem a bit frantic and rushed and not quite as relaxing as I prefer. Will probably give them another try and request a 90 minute deep tissue sports massage without the hot stones.
