It had gotten worse over the weeks, and the muscle spasm spread to where I had difficulty moving my head and turning my body. I tried stretching and massaging it myself. I tried tools and massage devices. I asked friends for help. I tried ice and heat. I tried medicine and rest. Nothing worked. The pain got worse and my movement got increasingly restricted. (Hear the violin playing yet?! Lol) I am on a tight budget so I was trying to hold out, but finally I chose to prioritize health and wellness, so I researched several physical therapists and massage therapists, and Lily stood out to me. And holy guacamole, Lily did such an excellent job in our 1 hour session... I think she is a magician! I've been to massage therapists where I felt worse after... or felt nothing at all (as if they just rubbed lotion on me). No exaggeration, I was able to move my neck after my massage!!! The following day, all of my pain and muscle spasms were gone. Finito! It was incredible. This meant I could get back to my life because now I could move. Lily did that. When I came in I was standing slightly crooked. My muscles were tight and stretching was not helping very much. I booked with Lisa L. and had 80 minute deep tissue massage. After my massage my back was finally able to release all the tension it was holding and my back even popped because it was finally able to relax. I am so happy I found this place and I will definitely return anytime I am in need to a therapeutic massage. I was walking straight after I left here and I can't put a price tag on that!
