When I sat down, the person helping me convinced me that she could redo all of my toes so they would be the same color. Before agreeing, I specifically asked how long it would take because I explained that I had very limited time. I was told it would be very quick, so I agreed. Unfortunately, I ended up being there for about 50 minutes and left with nothing that I originally asked for. I came in with a French tip and was originally told that could be recreated. I was also told the acrylic/dip would match the color I already had. Instead, clear acrylic was applied and then painted over with pink polish. When I tried to explain that I felt the polish was being applied too thick, the response I received was, "I don't understand." At that point, I honestly became uncomfortable continuing to explain what I wanted. I could see that they have many loyal customers, and I did not want to come across as rude or be the person complaining, so I accepted the service, paid, and left. What is most disappointing is that I would have been completely fine if they had simply told me from the beginning that they could not recreate what I already had or that they did not have enough time. I would have thanked them and gone somewhere else. Instead, I agreed to additional services based on what I was told could be done, spent almost an hour there, and left with something completely different from what I asked for. I understand that not every salon or technician will be able to recreate another salon's work, and that is okay. I just wish there had been better communication and honesty about what could actually be done before I agreed to the service.

Pink, who did my nails, is amazing and they came out easily as good as the reference pic. Probably not easy because nails are super short and there's not a lot of room for designs. They last shiney and new looking for 4 weeks. She's been doing my nails for 20 years at several different salons and I won't go to anyone else. It's been so nice not to have acrylic and to have healthy, long nails.

They only offered one kind of pedicure and it was 50.00 , no parrifi or hot rocks and the massage was weak and short. My fill was lumpy and the shape was crooked. My mom had a gell manicure for 60.00 and she was done in 20 minutes and not impressed. I won't ever go back.

I've never been disappointed by them before. Something was off with when she was filing them. One side kept going lop sided, and she kept filing them shorter, shorter, and shorter. This is not what I asked for at all. It's not at all the shape I asked for. The before photo is what I got last time I was here. Same place. I can't believe I paid for this.

Calling ahead for an appointment doesn't matter - making you wait sometime over a half hour after getting your feet in the water (so you can't leave). Putting only one coat of polish on your nails and calling it good. Cutting so deep, your toe will bleed profusely, but they just leave it in the water until it stops. Setting the timer for a 10 minute massage, showing the timer to me, and then using at least three of those minutes cleaning the wash basin and tidying up. I keep going back because the place has a nice look and curb appeal, but it's well past time for me to quit them and try someplace else.
