My nails aren't just beautiful; the structural integrity and work are flawless. Walked in this AM for gel mani , Tina helped me and did an amazing job. I've never had a manicurist take such care, pride, time with their work. I came in with photo inspiration and she added her twist which I really liked! Felt like she was into it rather than pumping clients through. I don't get my nails done often but will reconsider:) Will come back asking for Tina! Although all ladies were very friendly and helpful. read more

The staff is very nice but my services were terrible. I can cut my toenails straighter and paint them better. My gel manicure that was $10 more online than it is on the menu they have in the store and lasted maybe 1/2 of the week mostly due to the fact the lady wasn't letting the UV light finish before moving it to the next hand. It started chipping, lifting, and they just completely came off my nails. $96 including tip was a huge waste of money. It was relaxing during the services but once I saw my toes and the sad lasting effects of manicure- no way would I go back or recommend anyone else go! It's not the cleanliest salon I've been in either. read more

Highly recommend this nail salon. I got a basic manicure and it was fantastic, they took their time filing and shaping my nails and cuticles and they look so dang good The salon is clean and well kept and everyone in there is so friendly. OMG wow! I was in the area and on my way to a wedding in Carmel as a bridesmaid and I had my nails done a day ago but the gel on one nail was already peeling off/messed up. (I have only gotten my nails done once before so I was very naive in how nail salons work/what to ask for/what is quality vs not) I popped into Tiffany's nails to ask them to help me fix the one nail but after a brief misunderstanding, the nail tech started to remove the polish from my nails. However, it ended up they recommended to get a new set of gel nails and they gave me a discount. I got a new set of French tip nails and the nail tech did such a fantastic job shaping and painting them. They really looked great and still do two weeks later! I'm still staring at them haha. Thank you for doing such a great job! Wish I lived closer! read more

I had a terrible experience when I came to get my nails done. At the end of the service when I paid full price with a tip. The nail technician who did my nails ask for a bigger tip. She acted unprofessional asking for more tips. I would hope they would be grateful for the tip I left and not ask for more. read more

I can't read the Chinese characters on his phone screen to show him how to fix it. The guy told me to bring my own headphones next time (I tried this once and couldn't relax with two sources of music playing at once). He was clearly unhappy with me. And I was unhappy too, because now I don't want to go back to my favorite massage place. Every massage I have had there was great (except for the danged music). Has anybody else noticed the five-minute music loop there? I'd be really curious to know whether it bothers anyone else. I would suspect that anyone with the slightest bit of musical background would find it irritating, as I do.

Not a big deal but something that first timers should be aware of -- The masseuse was strong!! The pressure was intense and sometimes painful, but she reduced her pressure when I asked. I think someone who likes firm pressure or who has a lot of tension would really benefit! Overall, I had a positive experience and I'd go again now that I know what to expect. I think they may need to give a little more info or prep for first-timers but someone who knows what they want from a massage will have an awesome time here. The price and quality of the massage really make this place stand out as a top choice for me.

I have been going to Tiffany to get my nails done before she opened her own nail salon. Her salon is great. The salon is very clean, the tools are sterlized and the staff friendly. I always get my french manicure from Tiffany because she does an excellent french manicure. I have tried a few other salons and the french manicure chips in a day or two. Tiffany's last the whole week. I have also had my nails done by Tammi and she is also very very good. For my pedicure I go to a couple of the girls but I can't remember their names. I agree with the one review where some of the girls are brutal on the scrub and massage. However, you just have to speak up and let them know. read more

I think Tina, the owner is great. I've gotten my nails done here for many years. Tina does a great job and is very sweet and helpful. She is also very efficient and professional and always wants the customer to be happy. She will do anything possible when it comes to good customer service. If there's any problem, she will fix it immediately and with a smile. She also has a lot of experience and knows her business well. I'm so happy she came to Capitola and is the owner of this salon. I have to say Tiffany's is an AWESOME place. I'm staying here in Santa Cruz until 11/15/16 the place I'm staying at did not have any recommendation. I saw Tiffany's in the mall and decided to give it a try. I am VERY PLEASED WITH MY NAILS.. I'll be returning in 2 weeks for a full two-tone set and possibly Pedi as well. The facility is very very clean and while I was there the, (I believe owner ),was clean spots on the floor. NOW THAT SPEAKS VOLUMES TO ME THANKS GUYS!!!! read more

DISGUSTING BUSINESS WITH NO MORALS OR ETHICS!!! Save your money and go else where. They do a lousy job on top of giving every Asian owned business a bad name. They don't honor their word and sell gift certificates that they claim are expired when you go into actually use them. They take advantage of young people and their inability to have the courage to stick up for themselves. There are far more ethical and upstanding salons to patronize. I visited as a walk-in on a Thursday afternoon and had no wait at all. I got the basic manicure and pedicure The chairs are clean and comfortable, and all the equipment was taken out of sterile bags, and the pedicurist wore gloves, which I really appreciate. I picked a sparkle polish with a base coat, and the pedicurist actually painted one toe before we began to make sure I liked how it looked! This place has the most friendly, respectful and accommodating staff! They made me feel like a queen with their status of service, always ensuring that I was comfortable and enjoying myself. I got a shellac gel manicure and a regular pedicure. I'm a pretty tough critic when it comes to getting my nails done but they did an AMAZING job! Tiffany's nails is filled with professions who are very friendly and great to talk to. Connie did my acrylics and my pedicure and she always does an amazing job. My nails always last for a month or longer when she does mine and the shape is always perfect. She always does exactly what I like and she adds her own twist to it. read more
