Food had been horrible since new management. Tried 2 times. Didn't know how to make a Greek salad. Really what kind of salad dressing do you put on a greek salad. HERES a clue GREEK it's in the name. Didn't know what to put on a philly cheesesteak pizza ( used red sauce) the most disgusting thing I ever tried to eat. Delivery was over an hour the food was cold. Reason it was raining. I have never given anyone a bad review. But my suggestion is if they have to cook it and it's not a sub don't order it. Something happened with the management here because it used to be great. The last four orders I have gotten were wrong. Today I tried masking my number planning to hang up if it was the man who screwed up my previous three orders. I ordered and the person taking my order didn't repeat it back to me. But she did say "its blue cheese not ranch, right?" I got creamy Parmesan instead. WTF? The delivery person dripped to the door like he was under siege despite the fact that I tip over 20% in general. Oh. Really great food, and free delivery, what more could you ask for? I've tried almost all of the Pizza/Sub shops here in Dundalk, and Soprano's gives you more meat on your subs. So many places around here have started charging for delivery, but I'm glad delivery is free so that I can give the delivery driver a good tip. I ordered PIzza and Wings from Sopranos to go along with some Sunday football watching. I'm new to the area and have only tried Pasta Mista Pizza so far. I wanted to branch out and figure out what my go-to pizza option should be. I had a Soprano's menu dropped in my mail, so I decided to give it a try. I was happy to find that you could order online, which I did. The online ordering process was pretty simple and user friendly, no complaints there. Delivery was quoted as 30-45 minutes and they showed up 40 minutes later, which made me happy. I ordered The Soprano's Unique Pizza and (6) Jumbo Wings with Atomic sauce. I asked for extra crispy. The Unique Pizza was good, the toppings were tasty and the sauce was just OK. It was a bit too much on the sweet side and not enough on the savory side for my liking....but this particular pizza is supposed to have a "special sauce", so I'll wait to give a full assessment until I get something like a standard pepperoni Pizza. My only complaint was that the crust in the middle of the pizza was too thin and there were too many toppings in the middle. If you picked up a piece, the pointed half just fell with all the toppings falling to the plate. Because of this, you couldn't eat the pizza with your hand, so I cut the pointed half of each piece off and ate with a fork and knife. Maybe it's just me, but unless it's Chicago style or deep dish Pizza, I want to be able to sit on my couch and eat it with my hands. As for the Jumbo wings...well, they gave me whole wings instead, which was not what I ordered online...but when I looked at the receipt that accompanied my order, I noticed that it said whole wings, not jumbo wings. This was disappointing as I had to cut the tips off and then in half just to eat them. The atomic wing sauce was good, but far from anything I would describe as atomic...it was like standard buffalo sauce, nothing overly hot about it...Disappointing. Also diappointing was that no bleu cheese or celery came with, despite the fact that the menu said it did...so, the wrong thing was given to me, and it was missing stuff...Really the only good thing about the wings was that they did make them extra crispy, per my order. I want to give this place another shot, because I did like the taste of the food, despite a few things. But, if the same types of issues are there with my second order, they will be quickly crossed of the list. read more

I had a terrible almost deadly experience here. I ordered a small cheese pizza and into eating a second slice, I felt something hard. I instantly gagged and had to reach into my throat to pull out what I was shocked to see was a 1inch rusty screw that somehow got baked into the pizza. The inside of my throat was bleeding because as I reached in to pull the screw out I couldn't help but scratch it. This was a highly traumatic and unexpected experience for me. When I called to express my concerns the workers tried telling me I never ordered my pizza from them, and after about ten minutes in the phone they finally agreed I had. I went to Patient First and luckily my tetanus shot was up to date. I got really lucky because had I swallowed the screw I would have had to undergo emergency surgery to get it removed or could have even choked to death. This is a very serious matter and clearly health codes are not being followed. I am also very upset with the lack of sympathy and outright ignorance from the business overall regarding this matter. Fast delivery. Everything I've ordered for delivery has been great. The buffalo wings arrived crispy and with plenty of celery and blue cheese. Pepperoni pizza was hot and crispy, served with garlic butter and peppercini. Cheesesteak is meaty and chopped (not like a steakum). They are not stingy with the steak! Today I ordered S50.00 worth of food. The fries were completely different than ever before and tasted like they had been refrigerated and microwaved. This order was at 11:30 am - before a lunch rush . The hot subs were cold and the cold subs were hot. The sub rolls were so over toasted they were inedible. The burgers on the subs were black. They shorted me a can of coke too. I called them to express my displeasure. I was asked if they should bring me a can of coke. I said don't bother. My husband took them half an inedible cold cut and the manager gave him a cold cut and a can of coke. For $50.00. Never again. read more

Ordered for delivery based on decent ratings at EAT24.com. The delivery only took a couple minutes longer than estimated 45. The driver was pleasant. The food was just okay. I ordered a Garden Salad which was your basic version and tasted fresh. I ordered 6 Hot Wings which are served as the whole wing. That is not my favorite way to eat them. The wings were spiced well but a bit on the scrawny side and a little soggy (not crispy outside). The Soprano's Steak Sub completed the meal and it was sub-par. The meat was dry. I won't be ordering that again. And I don't think Soprano's will be on my frequent call list anytime soon. read more
