Banner has a beautiful, huge facility but patient care is lacking. I was taken to a room off the lobby to get my machine. I have had a CPAP machine before and the most important part is getting the right mask. I was shown masks that were "upgraded" with memory foam and was told that the mask I would get would be similar. It was not. Why am I shown a mask I can not get? Also, they had very few out that I could choose from. Obviously, the person showing me the machine and mask has never used one! With the amount of money spent on the facility, how come Banner could not have a better display and choice of masks? I felt like I was annoying the employee by asking questions. It is sad that my insurance dictates where I have to go and it seems poor customer service is the norm.

But never thought I would have an issue with Banner Home Care. It's my fault for not looking at reviews first because I always do. But I am overwhelmed with health issues and didn't. Now look and wow, disappointing! What a mess, they call late afternoon day before to set appt for you for next day, then next thing I know someone else is texting me to come earlier but not explaining to cover for the other person. That person was pushy as all get out and was trying to give me a half hour notice, 1 1/2 hrs before my actual appt. I said no I can't do it. So I get a call from another guy, we scheduled and I thought ok we can finally get a set schedule. He told me he wasn't they regular person, he was also covering for my sick no existant PT person. Said she would call and schedule me. Well it's been a couple days now and now word. I did call the evaluator and asked what was going on. It was 1 1/2 wks before I even got seen but the hassle leading up to it has been ridiculous. I have never seen such disorganization in my life. Such disrespect for people mental health/health/life obstacles too even though we may be stuck at home doesn't mean you should try to force last minute appts on us?! Horrible communicators. Nurse next Door was listed as an option and given me by my doctor's office. Angie arrived on time and we were on our way. While on a very crowded interstate, we realized we had a flat tire. Angie safely pulled to the side and she and her team went into recovery mode. Both roadside services and Uber were called to take me the rest of the way to the surgical center. I arrived ON TIME and had the procedure. With the spare tire installed, Angie was able to take me back home. A seamless service, despite the mechanical failure, was impressive. I live in a retirement community and will highly recommend this company for anyone in need.

Met with the owner Traci, and it seems great service trickles down. They were able to start service at the last minute and were extremely accommodating. Traci was also helpful with referring various other services for my aging parents such as maid service and medication management. While we will continue to use their service going forward, I would not hesitate in the slightest to recommend them to friends and family. They earned the trust of both my mother (currently 92) and myself. I live in California and knowing that I could trust Monica and Lisa to look out for my mother and I could contact them at any time was my highest priority. The team of caregivers lead by Monica and Lisa were caring and giving. They did the daily tasks well of making sure my mother was comfortable, safe, consistent with her prescriptions and provided companionship. They did the special emergency situations exceptionally well, changing their schedule to deal with falls and accompanying my mother to the hospital. Recently I moved my mother to California to be closer to me. My only regret is that I could not convince Monica and Lisa to move with her.

The business, Like Family Home Care, I was approached by the owner, Adam, who conducted an assessment of my home. He demonstrated exceptional attentiveness to my needs, which immediately impressed me. He was very experienced. I was subsequently assigned to five caregivers, with Kelsey being the most present. Kelsey is exceptionally caring and passionate about her work, prioritizing the well-being of her clients. She effectively assisted me with showering, dressing, mobility, and transfers. Kelsey gained valuable experience in cleaning and dressing my wound, as well as helping with my daily chores, including cooking, laundry, and cleaning my home. I highly recommend Kelsey. All the caregivers provided exceptional support throughout my recovery. Adam and Amber were particularly helpful in every situation.
