Theres no one at the desk and the tablets weren't working. Not considerate of anyone's time

I have Recently drove OUT of my way to come here twice now great service every time. Maybe because others complained in the past? I was even late one time and they still seen me. There are some good workers here read more

Called to make an appointment this morning and when I walked in, no one was at the front desk (window closed) and the tablets could not locate my appointment for the self-check in. Someone came out and told me I had no appointment and I had to do a walk in. They seem short staffed which is a management issue and the staff doesn't have the best attitude read more

Sonora Quest Lab: this location is very old looking & minimalistic but some of the staff are very friendly while all so far are very professional, polite & efficient. One of the staff seems to know some of the 'regulars': she was very energetically sweet to one young person with a disability. There is electronic kiosk check in in English & Spanish but if someone is unable to understand (ie Korean); they will help. read more

First time I have been to this location. I picked it because it was close to work and I could get an appt in time for my follow up doctor appt. There was only a few people in the waiting room. My appt was for 8:30, I was in the chair at 8:33 and on my way out the door at 8:36. read more

Their check in tablets don't seem to work properly or they don't know how to read properly but they said we never checked in even though we got the green check mark that we signed in. They told us to check in again and they'll take us as a walk in read more

Location was clean. Staff was nice. The front desk staff was late back from lunch, so the phlebotomist was managing the front and not taking appointments. My appointment was for 1:30 and at 1:50 they began bringing back patients. I was the first patient in the building and was listed as first on the screen. Then a man walked in that the phlebotomist seemed to know well. He did not have an appointment, but she chose to take him back first, ahead of all of us already waiting. Was not seen until 2:00p. Seems inefficient to not have proper staffing and allow staff to let walk-ins override the scheduled appointments due to personal connections. This is not my usual experience with Sonora Quest. It seemed that there was no management present, only the phlebotomist and the front desk person. read more

First time going to this location and let me say this I will never ever go here for lab work; I made an appointment before 9 am as my endocrinologist needed me to get my lab work done before 9 am, I arrived there obviously before my scheduled appointment and signed in, after a few minutes of being there and noticing they were taking long I walk up to the window and spoke to the young man at the desk and stated my doctor faxed over my lab work order the day before so I wouldn't have any issues before my appointment and of course they didn't have my order I offered to email it to them as I advised them I need to get these tests in before 9 am and it was getting to that time I already had the order pulled up on my phone and showed him it states the time on the order he then got my phone and emailed it to himself, after that he said let me work on this quickly, I said my daughter is also getting labs today but she can wait a little longer I have to get mine done before 9 am though, he said ok, he printed the paper work and started working on it, so they still didn't get me back until 9:05-9:10 I was a little frustrated but I don't think it would of made a difference a couple minutes late, so anyway they got us back to get the lab work started, the lady came in and started the process, she started on one arm filled probably 1, 1 1/2 tubes after poking my arm she kept moving the needles up down side to side smh then as she seen she couldn't pull any more blood she tried my other arm, on my other arm she couldn't draw any blood and said she was going for another syringe ( keep in mind I had my daughter's with me, and they were getting scared) I stand up we walk out of the room and ask the lady at the desk if they had another person that can draw blood as I felt this person didn't know what she was doing, she said yes, we walk back into the room and the lady walks in and then calls another lady, she says hey can you finish this patients draw and then walks away, so this other lady comes in and starts to do the blood work, as she starts to draw blood from my right arm I feel a sharp sting run down my arm to my hand, I tell her it burns she says it burns? still leaving the needle in, I say its hurting she finally pulls out the needle, I move my hand its burning and tingling smh, she says is it still hurting I say yes it is, she says hmm that's weird and says just keep moving your arm I will try the other arm, I know I should have not let her continue trying to withdraw blood but I needed to get this test done as it was for my endocrinologist for levels as I was diagnosed with a brain tumor so I really needed these tests, she couldn't get anything from my left arm as well and then she tried my right hand and was finally able to complete the blood work after she was done she says I am so sorry we used you as our poking person today and it took us forever to get you back try to come during these hours ( I forgot what the hours were as I was already feeling lightheaded after so many pokes and headaches due to my brain tumor) my daughter was supposed to have blood work done after me but I told them I will take her somewhere else as she was already crying and traumatized with how many times I was poked. This place is very unorganized and the staff was very rude. I would avoid this place at all cost!

I went in on a Friday morning with no appointment and was told how to sign in. A very nice lady told me and I waited approximately 10 minutes until called back for some bloodwork. The same lady at the desk was my phlebotomist. She was very pleasant and I told her that I was a very difficult draw. She immediately put me at ease and on the very first stick got the blood she needed. This was huge for me since they usually have to take it from the top of my hand after several attempts. Just an awful place. I made the mistake of not getting an appointment for a quick 2 minute test. They have a screen in the waiting room that tells you the status and who is next. It doesn't appear there's any actual system. I got down to #1 ( next) and 10 minutes later I'm back to 5th? read more
