Had an appt, waited maybe 5 minutes and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Check in is easy at the front & the tech was super pleasant. No issues with hitting my vein and getting my blood drawn. Definitely my preferred labs location! read more

April 1.26@930am Nevertheless, never disappointed As Miss Nataly R Is always on point with her position and ready to help out anyway she can! I'm extremely appreciative to have her once again and she's so gentle, which is appreciated Thank you, Nataly R For being you and so professional as well as knowledgeable and helping me sort things out read more

Sonora Quest Lab has been great! Mom has needed lots of labs and they have been caring, quick and efficient. Office staff have been knowledgeable and very helpful. Great service. read more

Service is fine, but every single time I come here they can't find my lab order and I have to log into my doctor's portal and download and send to them. read more

Very difficult to get an appointment. Logged in to my account; was asked to change password but they didn't send me an email with the link -- requested twice. Then I tried the corporate phone number, but their patient service line closes at 3:00 p.m. On a business day. I really do not like dealing with the lab in Show Low. Their techs are not very friendly. There's a sign at the front desk saying they've "stepped away from the desk," but the truth is there is no one at the desk. read more

I prefer this location over any other location. I went to Sonora on Thunderbird and it was horrible to the point of us leaving before getting seen by anyone. We chose this location and got there 10 minutes early, got seen right on time (I did make an appointment before hand), and had a great experience with the woman who did the blood test on my newborn. She was attentive to my newborn who's only 17 days old and she was very sweet and conversed to make me feel more comfortable. I will definitely be back here for any bloodwork I need done or my newborn. read more

This office is very clean. Newer location it seems. Online kiosk system to check in. I took my boys in for well-check bloodwork- and I don't like them to miss school, so we went during Spring Break in the AM and it was a full office however, without an appointment set, they got my boys in at the same time with the same person and we were only there for about a total of 45 minutes. There were people prior to us along with appointments scattered in, however, they were efficient and didn't miss the veins- which my boys were terrified about... They hate needles. Understandably. The lady we had was very kind and down to earth and was very helpful in calming my boys down and being patient. My boys were happy to be outta there asap though! read more

There is no receptionist, I wanted to make a payment and they receive me like in an hour.

I was very nervous to be going due to the reviews. It was also my first time ever getting bloodwork so I was extra anxious. I scheduled an appointment and checked in a bit early on the tablet at the front. Sarai took me back early and I was in and out so quickly. My doctor ordered me to get them drawn twice in one day and Sarai was able to squeeze me five minutes before close so I didn't have to go to a whole other location for the second draw. A huge anxiety of mine was having to be poked multiple times due to missing veins but she only had to do the initial pokes both time. Respectfully I hope I never have to come here again but if for whatever reason I do I pray Sarai is the one that treats me. Give that woman a raise read more

MY EXPERIENCE: I completed the above steps and was in and out within 7 minutes! The gal that drew my blood was highly experienced and although needles and I are NOT friends, I literally and physically did not feel the poke in or out once my labs were completed! I wish I would have asked my techs name because she was a SUPERSTAR!! Hands down the best phlebotomist I have ever experienced in all my years of living. SERIOUSLY 5-STARS!!! 10 if I could give them. If she gets to read this; THANK YOU DOLL! (I chose my right arm becoming that's the arm I use most). Overall, this location is clean, organized, quick and painless. I will be sending my hubby here and continue making this my home location to get my labs drawn. read more

I am writing to share a deeply distressing experience I had at this office, one that I would unfortunately describe as traumatic for both myself and my one-year-old son. We had an appointment scheduled for 8:30 AM to have routine bloodwork done for my son, who had just turned one. Initially, everything seemed fine. However, once we were taken back, the situation quickly became concerning. The phlebotomist informed me that due to his age, blood had to be drawn from his arm, as per office policy. Although I expressed discomfort, I agreed to proceed under the assumption that staff were trained and experienced in pediatric care. Unfortunately, the phlebotomist had difficulty locating a vein and mentioned that infant veins are smaller than what their office typically deals with. At that point, another staff member--an older woman--was called in. She began the process without so much as a greeting or explanation. What followed was incredibly distressing: my son was poked a total of seven times in the same arm, ( picture proof) with the needle being fully removed and reinserted each time. He was screaming, hyperventilating, coughing, and on the verge of vomiting. I had to raise my voice and firmly insist that she stop. Even after this intense episode, I was told within seconds that she needed to try the other arm. I asked for a short break so my son could calm down. Less than a minute later, I was again told they needed to proceed. I repeated, more assertively, that he needed more time. After just a few minutes, I agreed to let them try again. She proceeded to poke his other arm three more times before finally drawing the blood. Throughout this, my son was sobbing uncontrollably, trembling, and in visible pain. Instead of compassion, I was told that he needed to stop kicking--as if a one-year-old in extreme distress should be expected to remain still. After the ordeal, she also told me that he would likely bruise because he "moved too much". This statement felt not only dismissive but deeply inappropriate. Blaming a one-year-old child for an adult's inability to perform their job with care and patience is unacceptable. To make matters worse, I know my son is well-hydrated--he has consistent wet diapers and clear urine--so the difficulty finding a vein should not have been attributed to his hydration status. This experience was nothing short of traumatic, and I left the office shaken, heartbroken, and angry. No parent should have to watch their child endure such distress without empathy, communication, or proper pediatric handling. I strongly urge your office to re-evaluate your procedures and training when it comes to pediatric patients. Until there are serious improvements made, I cannot in good conscience recommend this facility for any child. read more

Waited over an hour for a newborn front desk to help you have to check in on a little tablet. I checked in was told to get a text message when ready to sit in the lobby. I chose to sit in the lobby in our past still haven't seen nobody else was in the lobby apparently, they marked it off, but didn't see me I was the last one to leave don't come here they don't even know what they are doing nobody is ever in the front desk to even help read more

I always go to this location for labs. Been to several different labs across the valley, and had terrible experiences! Ever since I started going here, haven't had a single bad draw! Today, Rocío (hope I spelled that right) was my phlebotomist. She was so friendly, charismatic, and lovely! She's so good and quick I hardly noticed when she got three vials out of me. You are so awesome Rocío! I really appreciate all the skilled phlebotomists that work here. It makes a world of difference to receive care by people who care. read more

First thing is that there is no human to greet you. They have a kiosk to check in so there really is no customer service to rate. One of the employees came out to call an appointment and when I stood up to ask a question she said "Do you need something"? I found this incredibly rude. Let's be perfectly clear, they don't accept walk-ins for blood work even though their website says that they do. This is no way to run a business. read more

No one likes to get blood drawn but if you need it done definitely get it done here! I'm used to waiting an hour or more at other locations EVEN with an appointment. Maybe because they took walk-in as well? Either way, I was here at 8am for my appointment time and I was literally out in 8 minutes. EIGHT!!! The gal up front checked me in and took my insurance info and I sat down for 2 seconds. I was then called back and it was quick and painless. The girls working were very friendly and efficient. This is an appointment only location and it works very well for them. This will be my go to SQ location from here on out. Hopefully this is the norm for them! read more

Wow. Normally when I get blood drawn it's a horrid experience. They can never find my veins and they stick me about 5-6 times BUT FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER I got my blood drawn and it was actually a PLEASANT EXPERIENCE!!! Rebeca was so kind and listened to all my needs and past issues and she got my vein on the first try !!! It was amazing, quick and painless. Front office staff were quick and efficient as well as extremely kind and patient. I highly recommend coming here!! read more

WARNING: This facility is exclusively an appointment only laboratory. They absolutely do not take walk-ins. Having said this, I managed to secure a same morning appointment slot. When I walked in, there was one person walking out. Whitney S. checked me in. Then in less than 10 minutes, I was getting my blood drawn. Whitney was super careful in finding the best vein. Because she saw that it was a small vein, she chose a small "butterfly" needle. She found the vein immediately and the procedure went smoothly, and I was spared bruising. Tip: If you are doing a fasting lab blood draw, drink lots of water to plump up your veins. It was spare you a lot of heartache. read more

I had a great experience. I had my blood drawn for 13 labs today. I almost passed out. Everyone came running to help me. I'm just dramatic tho I didn't really almost pass out. The lady that did my blood work was prefect. Got it on her first try. Stayed calm. Got plenty of help. It's usually hard to find my vain. I had no problems making a appointment online. I also had a H. Pylori done. All at one time. No wait. Very Friendly. I recommend Sonora Quest Labs! read more

I walked in to get blood drawn, they had me check in with a tablet. I did not have an appointment, and I selected the option that said "No Appointment". I waited about 20-25 minutes, after which the receptionist called me up, and told me that, that location is by appointment only. Why would they let me check in with no appointment on the tablet if appointments were required? I told her why don't they have signs on the front door, that tells people as they are walking in that an appointment is needed, and did not allow people to check in to their tablets. I wasted time sitting there for 20 plus minutes unnecessarily. And then not being apologetic, the receptionist was super rude about the whole situation. read more

This lab is specifically for appointments only, and the lady in the front was very clear about it. The lady at the front desk came off as very hostile & passive. She was on her computer and just said "check in on the little screen" and went back to her business... no friendly greeting just a blank stare and demanding! However, on the very bright side, we got the lovely Markeya. She was beyond amazing; so sweet, friendly & helpful. My spouse and I went with our new born baby, she's only 5 days old & needed blood work done. Markeya took the time to take care of her, make sure everything was done professionally and fast. Our baby didn't even cry, she was so gentle with her. She was so awesome. Thank you Markeya for a being a great person, she made our doctors visit nice. read more

This is the nicest Sonora Quest I've been to. They keep their appointments moving (note they do not accept walk ins) and all of the staff are nice, helpful and friendly. I've been to many Sonora quest labs as I've moved to different areas of the valley. This location is by far my favorite. They don't seem to be beat down by patients complaining about wait times or cost. They are always pleasant and professional and when I've made an appointment I've never waited longer than 5 minutes to be escorted to a room. Also there are many Sonora quest within a few miles of my home unlike Labcorp. read more

DO NOT USE SONORA QUEST (Westgate)! Customer service is lacking. Communication is lacking! Carside team seem to make decisions on the fly when dealing with a pandemic. Signed up for carside test (exposed however no symptoms) they refused but in a cash grab are willing to offer another test for 115$ WOW. They also advised me that if my chest hurt I should go to the ER. Don't use this company! There seems to be a disconnect from their webpage to the boots on the ground. There are plenty of other companies providing the same services. Sending my complaints to the rest of the state including Department of Health and Human Services. read more

I had such a positive experience with a visit here shortly after they opened however when I changed doctors he obviously has his own agenda for labs so I went to HIS choice today, with an appointment,,,,they were running late ! Surprise surprise. So I left and phoned my doctor to tell them I'd have to cancel my appointment with him oh my, that got their attention. I shared with them what had transpired and they wanted to refer me to another location. I chose this one because of the positive experience I had before. They said they'd send an order there. I was on my way ! Upon arriving I recognized my all time favorite tech. An exchange of pleasantries and the receptionist advised me that they do require an appointment but would take me! There they go again, being efficient and obliging. This staff is the BEST. I call the tech the vampire via a syringe.... Thank you for such a a remarkable level of patient service. It was NOT a coincidence with my last experience, this location is the greatest. LOVE the tech and she doesn't even hurt. read more

On 2/26/2018 when I walked in at 11:05 am to the new location at Glendale & 101 there was a male employee (dark hair, Hispanic, heavyset) working the front desk. I could not believe I walked all the way to the counter/glass opening and he did not greet me in anyway. Looked up at me and looked back down at the computer. He started talking to the female employee, as if I wasn't standing there. I asked where I should check in and he said, "do you have an appointment?" I said "no I do not". Then he said, "so you don't have an appointment?" I'm pretty sure a just answered that question extremely clearly the first time. But I answered it again for him. He then looked at her, I asked her should I come to her to check in and she said yes. Once she checked me in, the male employee called me back. As I was approaching the door he said, "room 3". When we entered the room he said I heard you telling her you are a hard stick, I said yes I am. He said, I'll have to thank her later for this. I could not believe how rude he was being. He put on gloves, tapped for a vein 3 or 4 times, then said, I'm going to give this one to her to do. As he was walking out the room, he said she'll be right in. She came in and was very nice and sweet. She took her time looking for a vein, she even used a heat pack to help. She was very successful on her first try, I didn't even feel it. It's a shame I will never come back to this location because of the male employee. The other patients in the lobby were talking about how rude he was also. They were calling him Mr. Personality. I send me clients to SQL for the Occ Med services, I'll make sure this location is removed from the list. They really should remove this male employee from this location. read more

Why are you scheduling 6 months worth of appointments for a patient while forcing me and another patient to wait unnecessarily? Those appointments could've been scheduled after we had been served. The other patient just needed to drop off his specimen, but he was forced to wait nearly 15 minutes, then he was sent away in a puff, because he didn't have some paperwork. I had an appointment at 6:30 am, have been waiting outside since 6:20 am, and it's 6:50 am and I still haven't been seen. I was first in, yet patients arriving after me have been seen before me. One was served at 6:45 am. Now it's 7:00 am, and yet another patient was seen before me. I just asked when I would be served, and I was told that I was next. But why wasn't I first? I arrived first, and I had an appointment at 6:30 am. I have to be at work at 8:00 am, and I need to grab something to eat before then. I won't be returning to this location.
