The MRIs, the x-rays, and the technicians who handle both are professional and courteous. They explain what's going on and how the testing will proceed. Unfortunately, the doctor who read my MRI scan, I believe, is the dumbest in Arizona. Not sure how this radiologist observed an organ in my body and documented that there were no issues with it when the organ was removed 33 years ago, so either there was a miracle, thank you God, or this doctor is not very good at what he does. The doctor also recommended no further assessment or treatment for a cyst that was observed, which could very well be true. However, if it has not been biopsied or looked at, how can this doctor make that recommendation without knowing my prior scans? I am sure there are other radiologists, but I would not touch this particular one with a 10-foot pole. because of this, I removed two stars.

As this facility 4is a drawing station only, I was not able to get. I tried various times online prior to going, to receive results. I was helped to make sure I got on line with steps to do so. After trying steps I had already done at home, a staff member gave me a form to fill out and have results faxed to me. I was so grateful for such great help from the two employees. What really sets her apart is the consistency and care she brings every single session. You can tell she genuinely wants her clients to improve and feel stronger, and that kind of energy is rare. I have been out for four months for some surgery's , and up on my return I was welcome back by all the staff at the front desk and I ask for a special trainer name Hannah and I was informed that she was know longer with the facility. That is a shame she was a very nice young lady that really had a smile and personality that made you feel welcome whenever you stepped into the gym, and its really sad to see an employee of her caliber not present in the facility and I know of many that feel the same about Hannah as I do .
