Read all of the reviews. I have had several serious car wrecks. The person at the front was great. All of the employees were nice. I was taken to an examine room told my history. The said they were taking X-rays? I don't think they did. Because they never showed them to me. I had someone spend 10 minutes showing me basic stretches. The kind of stretching most people who have ever worked out know. Then I had someone push on my back for a few minutes. This felt nothing like an adjustment. He just pressed on my spine. Felt nothing They just told me to reschedule never Diagnosed me? Or gave me a treatment plain. I would have been better off. Spending the $49 toward a massage. Camelback Chiropractic is hands down the best Chiro office I've been in, and trust me I've been to my share. Dr. Justin and his staff have really taken care of my Husband and I after our recent car accident. He had us started on a care plan just days after our accident, and I was in a lot of pain with a very limited range of motion. I'm far from out of the woods yet, but Charity my physical therapy trainer has been amazing, and has really helped me come a long way. The adjustments are just icing on the cake and really bring almost instant relief to my sore, messed up neck. UPDATE: While my rating is still low, I gave an extra star due to the fact that I was contacted by the business owner who accepted responsibility instead of making excuses. I've had a better experience at this location a year or two back and may have run into a glitch this go around. I may be big on customer service and proper follow up, but it is what it is. If I'm told that I'm going to be contacted back after my insurance is verified so that I can schedule an appointment for treatment, then I'd like to be contacted. This didn't happen when I contacted the office. I heard back from one of the owners right away, but when it came down to the staff following up on coverage, the ball got dropped big time. I contacted a different chiro office, was verified within 15 minutes, and scheduled and have been treated twice already. My wife is also scheduled to be treated this week. Maybe if I'd have walked in and stood there I would have gotten better service, but who knows? read more

Camelback Medical Center is the best chiropractic practice I have ever been to and I have been to quite a few!! It starts the minute you walk in the door. Everyone is welcoming and friendly regardless if it is your first visit or your tenth. Dr. Justin is very professional and thorough in explaining your specific conditions and the plan for treatment. He listens to you and reacts accordingly and with reassurance. Daniel and Chris are great. They too are professional but also very personable. I have a particular exercise that is extremely painful and they will sit with me and talk to me to help me get through it. They also make sure you don't overdo any of the prescribed exercises and are reassuring you are headed in the right direction of recovery. Dr. Brian is not my normal doctor but filled in when Dr. Justin was on vacation. You know how it is, you are nervous with someone new but Dr. Brian was great and was just as concerned about my care as Dr. Justin. He too is very personable and professional. I have been to this location several times throughout the years, with the last time about six months ago. Nice facility and the office staff is nice, as well. If you like a quick adjustments - neck and back only - this is the place for you. If you want more doctor attention, different types of adjustments, etc., you need to speak up and ask. This place does not do full head to toe adjustments unless you ask at every visit. That said, though, my last visit six months ago is why I stopped going. I pay a $15 co-pay per visit thanks to my insurance, yet "the doctor" still had staff try to sell me a package deal for 20 visits, so I could save money. I declined, received my super fast neck and back adjustment and left. Two months ago (or so), I had a nice gentleman call and ask if I'd be interested in returning to the clinic for a free consultation. I asked him to document my file about why I was not returning - the attempts to up-sell me on a package even though I have insurance. He took my information and we hung up. A few days ago, I was called by a lady offering the same "package" - a free consultation, etc. When I asked her to review my file regarding what I told the gentleman who called before, she said "Oh" and promptly hung up on me. What has continued to keep me away is the up-sell practice. I do understand the need to create ways save clients money and create a steady revenue stream; however, when a person declines, stop pestering them! read more

I am very disappointed in this place. First of all, I was contacted by them after receiving a free 5 minute massage a car dealership. They called and asked me to come in for a free consultation and a free 45 minute massage. I set up my appointment and wasn't told until the day before the appt, that the massage couldn't be scheduled the same day, because they don't "feel comfortable" with that until they have evaluated the patient. That sounds ridiculous, but even so, they could do the massage right after the consultation! I get massages every month and never have to have a medical evaluation prior. SO, I went anyway for my initial free consultation. I received multiple call and reminder texts leading up to my appt. One guy said " I just want to make sure you are going to be here because our doctor set aside 45 minutes for you.". My appt was at 10 am. I got there at 10:05, only because I was trying to locate the place. I filled out all the paper work quickly and was placed in a room, where I sat, for 30 minutes. No doctor. No update. At 10:45, I finally got up and left! Apparently, the doctor didn;t "set aside" 45 minutes for me. They make all this fuss about how valuable the doctor's time is, well guess what? My time is valuable too! If you are trying to gain new customers, you should make them feel a little more important. read more
