I can't say enough good things about Dr. Steve! He really takes the time to listen to your concerns and works with you to develop a personalized treatment plan. Not only does he provide relief, but he also takes the time to explain why you're experiencing the pain, which has been super helpful. After working with him, I've improved my posture and made my home environment much more ergonomic--small changes that have made a big difference. Also, my insurance covers my visits, but I've the cash pay options are very affordable and there's even "packages" you can purchase that includes multiple treatments at a discounted rate.. They have a lot of treatment options including PRP which is Platelet-Rich Plasma. It's a treatment that involves using your own blood to promote healing in areas of injury or inflammation. They DO NOT care about COVID. I couldn't tell what was off when I walked in, but quickly realized NO One was wearing masks, I heard two staff members cough, and the chiropractors were not visibly wiping down surfaces/washing hands between clients. I never saw a dr(I walked out after inquiring and they said "no we don't wear masks"), but was astonished to see that a place that is supposed to care about patient health...was so clearly disregarding any and all recommendations. Overall a very uncomfortable and unprofessional experience. We got the adjustment done in the end but my fiancé had a strangers foot in his face for over half of the appointment, we weren't allowed to see his own X-rays, we did NOT get a consultation as the doctor refused to give any info on source of pain unless we came back for a second appt, and we learned too much about the patients around us. The office staff is friendly and it seems like it's kept clean, but after being there for an hour and a half it's clear that they're just in it for the money. Would not recommend this place. Purchased a $40 groupon for my fiancé to get him a chiropractic exam, consultation, x-rays, spinal adjustment, and active release technique soft-tissue treatment. He had an appointment at 2:30 so we showed at 2:15 to have time for paperwork. It was like the floodgates had opened, several people showed up at once and people were being seen before him. The people I sat next to while waiting were being asked personal questions in front of everyone. It was uncomfortable and it's like confidentiality isn't really valued here. We were finally sent to a room at 2:50. The doctor asked him a couple questions about his pain, etc and then took him to take a couple of X-rays in the same room WITH other patients. Again, uncomfortable that everyone has to see and hear another strangers business. After that, he was sent to lay down essentially in the front lobby to start the soft tissue treatment. I could see him and others from my seat in the lobby. I understand it's a small office, but privacy really shouldn't be sacrificed so that you could get as many walk in's as possible. The place was so full that a stranger with foot pain was sat by my fiancé with her foot propped in a chair in front of his FACE to get tissue treatment. After about 30 mins, he was taken into a room with the doctor to get the adjustment done. Doc started explaining what's wrong with my fiancé's neck but then refused to give any info on what was actually wrong and what could be done UNLESS we came back for a second appointment. We weren't able to see my fiancé's X-rays either. Not sure what goes on in this doc's mind, if he's oblivious to his own office or if he just chooses not to care but the way this practice does things is not something I would choose to go back to and spend another $40 just to get a foot in my face. Got the 1 minute long adjustment done, asked the doctor again if he could enlighten us at all on what's wrong with his neck but again he wouldn't tell us anything unless we came back. Mind you we weren't rude at all and neither were they. It's just how they do business. read more

The only regret you'll have is not calling, Dr. Steve made me pain free!! I recall an early Saturday morning 3 or 4 years ago, waking up and feel a bit down maybe a bit of a cold. A sudden and unexpected sneeze came about and in the moment of release, a severe pain in my neck replaced the usual feeling of relief that follows a sneeze like that. It was agonizing and I really had no idea what to do. My head was literally stuck in a sideways position because moving it straight or to the opposite side felt like someone was taking a pair of pliers to my nerves. After an hour or two of "Waiting it out" I figured I would try a chiropractor, of course the first place to come to mind was "Emergency chiro-practic, the kind of care, you want today!" I figured, this was an emergency, and I definitely want care today. I gave them a call and they clued me in that they only take emergency cases coming from something like an automotive accident, but they were nice enough to refer me to Dr. Steve. By the time I got a hold of the good Dr, it was after hours and on Saturday, but after hearing that I was in such pain, Dr. Steve insisted that I meet him at his office so I wouldn't have to go the entire weekend before getting some relief. Which was super cool of him! He immediately made my pain turn from a 12 out of 10 to more of a 4 or 5, and then set me up with a follow up appointment the next week. We got setup on a twice a week routine for a few weeks to take care of the immediate pain as well as help to restore my out of alignment spine. At the time, and this was a few years ago, he put on a cheesy new patient class which helped me learn all about the spine, how it worked, and why keeping it in line helps all functions of your body and also can prevent needing to take drastic measures like surgery, injections, or permanent prescription drugs. Yes it was cheesy, but I think I learned something from it. I know I'm getting a little long winded at this point, but I assure you it's worth the read. After a few weeks of getting adjusted, I started to feel much less of the daily back pains that you normally just ignore, they're no big deal right?, I started to have more energy, and unexpectedly, I stopped having such negative reactions to eating dairy products. Weird, I know. Apparently, lining up your spine properly and allowing the electrical currents to properly flow through your nervous system also has the side benefit of helping your internal organs work as they were naturally created. Who knew. :-/ I have to give one big THANKS to Dr. Steve and his staff, maybe even a high five and a bro hug too; you really hooked me up and got me going again! I've been going here for probably around 5 years, maybe longer. Dr Steve is great! I found this place purely by accident because my back went out and he was open to see me on a Saturday. While his office is not very close to where I live, I prefer going to him because he fixes me up just right. Other chiropractors I've been to are overly gentle when sometimes I need a doctor who will put some muscle into it so that I can actually heal. The adjustment also includes therapy like muscle stem or whatever applies to your ailement. My issue is a rotating hip and sometimes my low back just goes out or I just need a good crack of the neck and he gets it done right. I too want to Thank Dr. Steve and his staff for all of their good works. I could barely walk almost 2 years ago. I was falling and walking with a cane and completely bent over. Going on 40 min just waiting in the lobby. Finally they move me to a room i tell the individual i had and apointment at 230pm and it was now 315 pm. Feeling a bit agitated i hoped this would speed things up. Dr. Steve came very quickly after that and it was nice to see he understood when a patient wasnt happy. He wasnt overly happy that i had complained but he made do. Overall a 3 star is what i can give it at this time, if service was more prompt as well as provided at the scheduled time my review would be different.
