He was extremely knowledgeable, displayed a high level of expertise with confidence, not arrogance. I really appreciated that. I came in with a problem and was immediately provided and explained options, quoted a more than fair rate and didn't feel haggled or hassled on cheesy up sale techniques. Because of his likability and competency, I took his advice and added a fresh wax. In closing, it's a rarity these days to get high quality service, from people that take pride in their job.
