The owner chuckled when he saw the pole I brought needing spooling. It was more for lake fishing. This was not my rod so I knew it was going to be difficult to do anything with. They had a sale on Competitor Spinning Combos so I snatched one up as well as the snares for all of my poles. Luckily I was told my crocodiles work well here as well. I'm heading out tomorrow. They quoted me 1-2 weeks, but a month passed with zero updates. The front desk staff was clueless and kept making empty promises to follow up. After being told the gunsmith was out sick, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. At the two-month mark, I finally reached the gunsmith, who claimed they needed a "special tool." I gave them two more weeks, but today I finally had enough and went to pick it up. My gun was returned to me completely in pieces. On top of that, they had the audacity to charge me $45 just to pick up my unfinished firearm. I paid it just to get out of there. I took the pieces over to Petaluma Gun and Reloading Supply, and their gunsmith knocked the whole project out in a couple of hours. Take your business elsewhere!
