Jeez, how hard is it to leave the relish off the hot dogs? I've had problems here before getting food done the way I wanted. I came one day and ordered an All American hot dog without relish and their Coney Island dog. I checked the order before I drove away and they got it right. I came back a few days later and ordered two All American Hot Dogs ans requested no relish. Since they got it right a few days earlier I didn't bother to check them. I got them home and there's thick green stripes of relish down each hot dog. Sonic is better than your average chain. I especially like the drink choices. But it's things like the condiment issue that keep me from eating here more. read more

I have to give this sonic location a one star. Unfortunately I never made it to my food which stinks because it looked good in the menu. My experience was through the drive through. I had just got in line and ordered right away. There was no wait to order which was nice I thought. Well, I spoke to soon. I inched up behind the next vehicle giving the car behind me enough room to order. As I sat there I was looking around the parking lot, the clock, even the staff. After about 10 minutes of not moving with four cars in front of me, it made me think 'oh they must have messed an order up and are trying to fix it they will be done soon'. 13 minutes go by and a staff is at the second car in line behind the first handing them their order of food. I thought the line was going to start moving. Well the second car left and we inched up. Finally, after 17 minutes of waiting I decided since those other three cars are still sitting here I might as well not waste anymore of my time. Who knows how long it would have taken to get my food which may have been done the entire time. I got out of line and left. Never made it to the window or staff. :-( read more

We ordered on the app. We were supposed to be here at 2:40. About 2:50 we noticed our name disappeared from the screen. We asked a girl who said "it is probably sitting there, I'll check". At 3:10 we asked a guy who went to check. He came out with our drinks and food that had been sitting there a half hour. He said it was kept under a heat lamp. Well the fries were cold and the hamburger bun dried out. So here it is 3:15 and we are waiting for our food to be remade. The guy was really helpful. The girl was useless. read more

Very disappointing. I came here last Friday night, just wanting a quick burger and a drink before visiting a family member who's been ill. The drive through line was pretty long but I stuck it out since I'd had a long day. My cheeseburger was very 'mushy' and had no flavor at all. The fries were swimming in oil and tasted half cooked. I threw both away. The only good thing was my drink. The kid in the window was nice, but there were two girls behind him gossiping and talking about another girl who was outside in their patio area--not cool and not professional. It's understandable to close the stalls when the air quality is unhealthy. But when someone places a mobile order and has no other choice than to go through the drive thru to pick it up, it should be common sense to not make their order until they come to the speaker. Placed a mobile order today and didn't reach the window until 40 minutes after the order was placed and all the food was very cold and not edible. Went to Sonic for lunch today and the hot dog that my wife ordered was green. She didn't notice until she had eaten part of it(as it was covered in ketchup and mustard) We brought it to the attention of the person that said she was the manager. She refunded the amount we paid for the hot dog. She didn't act at all concerned about it. Be careful. I would be concerned about all of the hot dogs that were served today and hope that no one gets sick from eating them. read more

We especially like to stop here for Happy Hour from 2pm-4pm when you can get 1/2 price drinks or slushes. I believe corn dogs are also only 99 cents during this time, too. I absolutely love their plain ice tea. I am really picky about my tea especially since I drink it plain... no sugar or lemon. This is honestly one of the best ice teas in the area through a drive through and/or drive-in especially. My teen son prefers their Blue Raspberry with Nerds Slush, but sometimes goes for their limeade or lemonade. Tonight, we decided on some ice cream! He had an Oreo Blast and I had a Funnel Shake. They were both very tasty and hit the spot! We have always received great customer service here and even often get a "cookie" for our dog when she is with us and we drive through the drive-through portion. Not all servers give the "cookies", though. That can really bum my pooch out, because she "knows" she is supposed to get one there....lol Tonight we had a cheerful server bring our shakes. Avoid if possible make the drive to the other Sonics in town if you have to. Every time I come here they somehow manage to screw up my order something will either be missing and if you ask for a large drink to them it somehow translates to a medium and you still get charged for a large. I had ordered mozzarella sticks the other day and they weren't even cooked right cheese was still hard and cold I waited about 30 minutes in the drive thru for the food behind an old guy in a mustang who had to open there drive thru window to see what was going on with a hot dog and a burger he had ordered in short customer service there isn't great. read more

I try not to write reviews of fast food chains. There just is not a lot to be said and basically if you are eating there you know what you are getting and frankly the investment in your meal is not significant enough to warrant research prior to deciding where to go. So maybe this won't get read by anyone but after my experience here last Sunday I thought I would share. To begin with, it took 20 minutes to get through the drive through. It was about 1:00 on a Sunday afternoon and I do not usually eat at Sonic. I stopped there to pick up lunch for my family at their request and I get that they are going to be busy on a Sunday afternoon. Still, 20 minutes seems inadvertently long for "fast" food. You can make food to order and still have some type of system in place for peak periods to shorten wait times (never waited that long at In and Out). But setting the wait time aside, the biggest faux pas a restaurant of any kind can make is to screw up your order. Especially when you are taking the food to go and will not discover their error until you get home with the food. What is the point of repeating back the order if you are going to give me a plain hot dog with no condiments on a pretzel bun when I ordered a corn dog? Also, if you are not going to ask me if I want ketchup then I assume you have already put it in the bag. My wife was a good sport for eating the plain dog with no condiments (we were at a house where they were in the process of moving and the fridge had not been stocked yet). Not a huge deal but enough to keep me from coming back here. Too many other options. read more

As we pulled up to the drive-thru to order, we noticed there was only one car in front of us. Waiting for the car in front of us to order, we overheard the driver order an ice cream cone. Just an ice cream cone. She pulled forward to the window and we approached the speaker to order. My wife asked for a small hot fudge shake and I ordered a medium custard concrete. We had to repeat the order three times because the server's board "froze up" twice. Our order taken, we pulled forward to the window and were surprised to see the car in front of us still didn't have her ice cream cone. A solid five minutes had elapsed, there were no cars in front of her, there were very few cars in the parking lot and they couldn't get a single ice cream cone out in under five minutes? We finally pulled forward to the window and the server repeated our order back to us for a third time. Surprisingly, she had it right. Several minutes later she handed me my wife's small shake and a small custard concrete. When I asked if this was the medium I had ordered, she had to check with someone else to see if it was indeed a medium. It wasn't so it had to be remade. By now my wife had checked her hot fudge shake and noticed it looked like a normal chocolate shake. When I asked the server whether it was actually a hot fudge shake, she had to ask the same person who was making my concrete who replied, "sure." Finally, I was handed something approximating my order and decided to call it good. Before leaving though, I asked for my receipt, which hadn't been given to me with my change. The server looked very confused and I had to repeat my request twice more before being handed my receipt. Bottom line: The service here is horrible. This is not the first time we have had less than acceptable service. Some real adult supervision would probably go a long way, but that never seems to be in attendance. Judging by the number of reviews which mirror our experience here over several years and the lack of corrective action taken, we won't be going back. Save yourself the aggravation, time, and expense, go someplace else. read more

I have to say my visit here was very disappointing. Cheap undercooked meat, greasy bun, bland pickles and tometo (were they wax?) just plain dreary. I have had better burgers from the local AmPm gas stations. Gag....! I really hate machine made shakes, cheap and lacking at most. A Shake should be made of real, ice cold ice cream, this $4 "chocolate" shake tasted of nothing but sugar and fillers, YUK! I threw mine away after eating only half. I could have bought a half gallon of some heavy duty chocolate ice cream and made a real one at home, next time I will.. I did manage to choke down the burger as I was to hungry, befoe irealized I would end up with eaters remorse, barf..... If it wasn't for endless, relentless and repeated national advertising of this particular food establishment, im sure they would be out of buisness in no time. I'm not really a huge fan of fast food, but my screaming kids made me make a b line for the nearest fast food place. I ordered the jalapeño double cheeseburger. This was one of those good now bad later type meals. I rarely and I mean RARELY get fast food so my son devoured his entire meal with no complaints. Our food came out wicked fast. When this Sonic hires new people it's a mess. I swore the last time I was there I would never go back. They made multiple mistakes on that order. My friend and I were watching tv and we kept seeing ads for the "carhop combo". She really wanted to go so I agreed to give it another shot . We drove over to the drive thou... and the girl tells us. Tonight i went to this location to order two cheese tots. Cheese tots indicating just cheese. I clarified over the drive thru speaker no chili the gentlemen responded no chili. When i arrived to the window i was greeted by justice( as what my receipt says). Justice handed me the food and chili was on top of my tots. I explained the order was incorrect and in a smart manner justice responded next time Clarify that. However i did clarify no chili over the intercom with the gentlemen. 2minutes later i was given a new batch of cheese tots. When i arrived home to eat them they tasted like burnt potatoes with dry cheese on top. ILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. Something so simple is so complex. read more

Ordered drive thru. My order was wrong. I had ordered 2 small peanut butter milkshakes and they only rang up 1. I corrected the order with him when I got to the window and they adjusted the charge correctly. But when I got home we didn't have peanut butter shakes. Unsure what flavor it was more like a strong tasting vanilla but not our peanut butter. Was not driving all the way over it correct it again. Service seems to be going downhill. Even though they did put cheese on my burger when I asked them not to I still give em 4 stars...My family had a complicated order..modifying every burger a lot...1 with no cheese, 1extra jalepenos, 1 cooked medium, no mayonaise on 2 of the 3 burgers, 1 extra mustard, no ketchup, etc. Burgers are really good for the price. Sitting in their drive thru yesterday - when a guy on a UNICYCLE rides past - JUGGLING SHORT SWORDS! He rode back and forth several times - always a smile on his face - and was very entertaining (a very nice, unexpected treat). I don't eat the food here any more - never been palatable to me - but I LOVE their strawberry lemonade and my hubby loves their cherry limeade. I would have given 3 stars for a combined food/drink score, but awarded the extra star for the entertainment (loved it - give that guy a raise!). Went last night for a quick snack. They were fairly busy. Not the busiest I have seen a sonic but busy. We pulled into the bay and ordered our food. Came out in about 7 minutes. Good time for being busy. They have roller blades on so that is neat. When we got our food, our tea had turned sour so I pushed the button to ask for a replacement and after 2 minutes of waiting without an answer I decided to go through the drive thru. The guy at the drive thru was having a conversation with the girl infant of us and was holding up the line. It really should not have taken 8 minutes for me to order a new drink (which they replaced for free) and get the drink. When we first ordered our replacement drink, there was 3 cars in front of us and one of them only had a drink so they ran out to them (they were not at the window) gave them they drink and did payment etc and they were on their way. by the time that happened there was only the one red car in front of us and that is when I started calculating the 8 minutes of waiting. I got up to the window and the guy had no clue that I needed a drink replaced. He did in the end apologize but since he obviously knew i was annoyed before I got up to the window I do not feel it was an apology that was worth anything. He even stopped the one guy from coming out (that gave the other truck their drink) "don't go out there, she can wait" was his exact words. Food was good as any sonic I have been through. I love the chili cheese tots. The customer service here is horrible. We ordered a coney dog, pretzel dog, 2 sodas, 1 large and 1 regular size custard concrete shakes. The coney dog looked like it had been flipped upside down inside the package. The girl that brought us our food had basically tipped everything sideways on the tray and there was crap stuck to the outside of our drinks. She initially forgot our shakes and when I let her know, she ended up bringing out 2 regular shakes. When I told them that one had been a large, I was told "we can fix it but you're going to have to wait a while." Why should we have to wait for your mistake?
