And to my surprise if this is more than one car in line they will bring out your order by car hop in the drive thru line! Now to me that's super sonic service! The staff is always helpful courteous friendly and efficient! Hey they even give my dog a treat! Except for when they run out. The still apologize and are hopeful that they will have some our next visit! So I definitely don't want you guys to believe that your experience will be as bad as those that complain or as super sonic as mine! Make up your own mind by visiting on your own time! Stopped here on the way home and everything we had was pretty gross. The bread (burger and cibatta bread) was so stale we couldn't even force ourselves to eat half if it. One night me and my brother got stuck in the parking lot because the car turned off and wouldn't turn back on. We stayed there for half an hour. Then my brother opened the hood of his car a employee came by and give us a jump from her car and went back Into the restaurant. She came back with ice cream cones and two burgers for us since it was getting late. Shakes were absolutley awful! Waste of money! My husband and I usually don't get shakes but tonight we craved something sweet and decided to stop at Sonic's. Horrible mistake! I was picking up an order for Uber Eats from here and on the app it says to use the drive thru. I go in the drive through and they told me to go to a stall. I let them know at the stall that I'm waiting for an Uber eats order and the name and they said they would bring it out. Multiple people come and order around me and leave with their order multiple times. I waited almost 30 minutes and kept trying to flag down the workers to come help me and they weren't. Finally I asked someone where my order is she checks on it and brings it right out. Couldn't even say sorry or anything. Not only did they waste my time but I also lost out on money I could've been making in that 30 minutes. This is also a huge inconvenience for the customer waiting for their order. Worst service ever. Twice in less then a week tried ordering thru the stall service. Waited 10+ min just to be told all stalls are closed and only drive thru is taking orders. They didn't want to trade it for a larger one or refund me my money who's running this sick joke of workers that get orders wrong. I don't know if I'm the only one but I'd much rather pay $0.25 more for something to keep the quality the same than pay the same price and get crappy quality. My family and I don't go out much because we have a decent amount of people. So going here is always special. I've lived near this store for 3 years and have never had an issue. We ordered 4 blizzards yesterday and got 4 cups with vanilla ice cream with hardly any toppings. Then 3 of them had stale candy on them!!! My kids were so upset and we didn't realize it till we got home. So I called them to let them know the candy went bad. The manager was so rude and was like... ok what do you want me to do about it!?!? honestly I didn't except anything but that pissed me off. So I wanted new ones. Fast forward to today and the manager today was throwing a fit over it because the manager last night didn't right now how many blazes I needed. While he was holding my receipt. ‍ so after refusing to replace my daughter blizzard I asked for a refund since that's not what I ordered. I can take the $4.00 it cost for a MINI blizzard and get a few vanilla ice creams at McDonalds!! The blizzards from BOTH last night and today had candy dust in it! My son got 3 salsas (asked for ketchup in notes for that and his tots and got none)for his tiny burrito but I got 1 marinara sauce for a large order of cheese sticks and 1 ranch for an order of 6 jalapeño poppers. The food was tasty and the man that came to the car was really good. My only complaint was the girl taking the order. To me she was abrupt and didn't want to take the order. I've been in business for years and the customer always comes first. If I was her manager I would take her off taking orders as she has no empathy or compassion. 9/23 around 10:20 I was craving some sonic chilli cheese fries, mozzarella sticks & a master shake. I waited about 15 minutes in the drive thru just to be told my order still wasn't done yet. She asked me if I wanted a refund, I said yes. I got my refund back in all singles when I paid with my debit card. I was really disappointed in this experience. 4 cars behind me got there meals and left. While I was still waiting for chilli fries. My shake + mozzarella sticks was finished by the time she told me it still wasn't ready. But here's the best part, they didn't have Oreos or or strawberries as options available. I wish I could just give them MAYBE half a star. I usually like to give people the benefit of the doubt but I am just very disappointed with customer service, I felt disrespected. Crowded, high price and no quality control honestly I do not get the hype this place is getting. We waited 20 minutes in line at 8:45pm to get our food. It was $20 for two sandwiches, two drinks and one side of tater tots. I told them I can't have bread, I have celiac disease. They say they can't lettuce wrap it so they just put it in a paper tray which is fine. Then I get all the way home and realize it's breaded chicken! At least I have tater tots. We arrived at 855 pm on Thursday 6/22/17. We ordered 3 mini shakes, 1 small shake, and 1 ice cream slush. 40 minutes later they came rolling out. When she arrived she didn't have enough straws and had to go back. That took another few minutes. I felt bad for the car hop because she was on the receiving end of my frustration. We won't be back. Man I'm pretty disappointed. I'm not the get on yelp and complain type but people need to know this. The first time I ordered here it was amazing. Presentation was good and food. Last night I ordered and I am sick today. The presentation appeared good but the taste was off. My stomach started cramping shortly after taking a few bites. I didn't even finish eating my hot dog because I tasted something peculiar. Turns out it was mold. How is this happening? Come on people throw out the old stuff because people are buying your food and it is dangerous to their health. That's not right. We pay we should get food that atleast won't give us food poisoning. I like being able to drive up and sit in my car, take my time looking at the menu. It is a big menu. The hamburgers are good and so are the tater tots. I didn't try any of the deserts because they look like they contain a ton of bad food dies. The kids serving were nice but different ones come up to the window way too much and surprise you. Service is way too slow in the drive thru. I was the only person there today and it took over 10 minutes for a real simple order. The staff is nice, but the quality of food, price and wait are not worth it. It's not terrible, but not worth the hassle. Service should be fast when your restaurant is empty. Maybe once they find a groove as a staff, the service will get quicker. read more
