I did not have any such problem. If anything the woman behind the register went the extra steps to make sure I was happy. She looked for more cases of Cantaritos for me and made small talk. She was happy and cheerful and grateful for my business. I didn't encounter the napping man.

They carry Pringles Right Crisps...yes the silver canister. They actually let you use their restroom. But most importantly, the cashiers that work here are courteous and cordial. They will remember you after one or two visits. And they're big sports fans so the TV will be tuned in to football on Sunday and baseball or basketball during the week. The guy the owner, burns some kind of incense, or has some dietary thing where it always smells like a men's Turkish bath. The worst part -- the people there don't smile. There are hostile they frown, not friendly.
