We taped off our parking lot (it was after 7 PM and I had permission guys) and through a really awesome party for everyone we do business with. We are on a relatively busy street in Riverside. Once people found out the smash burgers were better than In-out-in (didn't want a flag for naming the great burger place), they were asking us if they could buy from the truck. I'm not even joking, once we gave the guys running the truck the permission to open up to the public (we all had been served and it's 10 PM so no worries), they had a line 50-60 feet long and several repeat buyers. They showed up early to set up. I asked to inspect their trailer. It was spotless and everything health department wise was on point (we own a service business and we are aware of the rules/regs. Food was delicious except I was not a fan of the chips but they gave me some funnel fries instead (I never tried the chips, just not a fan). Everyone was telling me all night what a great choice I made. I just ran Accross these guys on Yelp and was stunned to find these reviews from picky a&& people trying to review a food truck that makes burgers. Too much salt whah whah whah. You did a great job guys! Keep your heads up and stay focused. Don't let the "luxury food truck/5 star restaurant expectors ruin your awesome vibe and food. We loved you guys! Bottom Line: these burgers are better than the I & O and you all know how much we love them. I've never had a better burger guys. That was also the consensus of everyone I knew and asked. Known for their hazy IPAs, they brewed all styles well and collaborated with the craft beer industry's best, including Fidens, Brujos, Bottle Logic, RaR, North Park and similar top breweries. Their closure is a real loss to the Murrieta/Temecula community and the craft beer industry. Thanks Justen and Shawna for 12 amazing years! We had their viking mood which was stored in oak tasted like whiskey. Had their midnight which was on the highest sweet level. Also had the Valkyrie reserve which was phenomenal. But like our favorite winery as members, we are able to swap out the ones we didn't like to the ones we do. A total perk for members. Outside the place there's 2 patio tables and chairs. While Inside there are booth, tables, self serve water, instagrammable areas like their backdrop. Our host Erin was super helpful helping us, kudos to good service.
