We parked on the side to check out the menu and pressed the button to order. They don't roller skate out anymore. We had the breakfast sandwich, Philly cheesesteak and a kids meal. We had no issues with the food, it was all good. The toy for the kids meal is very good, it's wrapped like the toys from GameStop that sell for $5-$8. We will definitely stop by again, this was on the way to Sesame Street. This is a great pitstop! Better to grab food here than to eat at Sesame Street. read more

The staff are super friendly and try hard. We like to drive in and watch people come and go from the fitness center. A very chill ambiance. Don't expect the best bathroom as with most Sonics. They get the job done. The chicken tenders are the best. Chilli cheese dogs and chili tots are winers. The half price drinks when using the app to order and app deals are key. We save over $5 per trip using the app to order. The have a little trouble when ordering a combo on the app, 3 times they didn't see an item was a combo. Check your orders when they arrive. Now the not so great, the hamburger buns are air pufs get your burger on the bread slices. The whip cream is kind of artificial tasting, I'd get the shake without the whip cream. read more

Absolutely ridiculous, the laziness at this establishment is indescribable. I ordered my food online and pulled into a stall as directed. Nobody came ! After joining the drive-thru line and waiting forever, I was finally given my order. The staff at the window don't even bother to greet you, they didn't say one goddamn word. The actual food was delicious, that's the only reason I gave this place two stars instead of one. Their RT. 44 Root Beer was large enough to send me into a diabetic coma, just how I like it. I do not have the right to make a comment on the ambiance, as I did not enter this establishment. Although, the attitude of the staff leads me to make the assumption that the inside is the equivalent to the deepest part of Hell. Overall, it is so apparent that nobody gives a flying fuck here. The food for a fast food chain restaurant is pretty good. The real key is being able to drive up and actually enjoy it for the moment it is still warm without even getting out of your car. (Though this seems to be a challenge to some as the car next to us managed to scrape against the green pole while pulling into the spot) What mystifies me, however, is the fact that some things are not posted on the menu. A BLT toaster or a veggie burger is available but rarely seen on the actual menu next to the car that has a lot of real estate taken up by the number of flavors you can add to your cola (which I have never done). read more

Sonic makes a better meal than McDonald's or stinky old Burger King but THE SERVICE TOTALLY SUCKS. My last drive through experience was being served by a total mute. Literally, the kid did not speak to me. I wasn't even sure I got my entire order and didn't get a receipt. When I motioned at the window that I had a questions, he literally shoo'd me. So I wrote to the corporate office, telling them that their people need more training and what did they do...sent me a survey. No bueno. No wonder McDonald's is the biggest and the best, no one else has figured out the entire system. Too bad, Sonic has better food. Dear Sonic Managment, My experience at this sonic was not very positive at all. After I ordered my meal, I was instructed that it was on it's way multiple times. After I finally recieved my meal the food was cold and melted. I also requested a free corn dog, but was denied. I was not happy with my experience, and I positively will not be returning to this Sonic location for egons to come. This experience may have ruined the entire Sonic franchise for myself. If the Sonic management would like to resolve this issue, I would except a free corn dog as payment for my suffering. I would request nothing more as this is a minor inconvenience. We go to this Sonic maybe once a month. I really like their cheesesteak sandwich; the bread is soft and the meat is tender. Love their onion rings, too, especially the batter--there's a sweetness to it. Their chicken is very good; I've had the chicken sandwich on ciabatta roll & my son likes their chicken strips. We absolutely love their pretzel sticks--omg--soft, buttery goodness! Their breakfast sandwiches & burritos are pretty good; I go for the egg & cheese slingers with iced coffee. The Cinnabon Cinnasnacks are dangerously yummy! I'm not really crazy about their burgers; they're just ok. If you're hungry or if there's a special, they'll do. Jonathan, the blonde cashier (I think), is the best! Very friendly, courteous & professional. There's usually not much of a wait here & they're pretty accurate. No one working!?! My son and I show up on Friday morning around 9am to grab a quick bite before summer camp. We wait at a call box for about 5 min and the light actually starts blinking because it's been too long. We then decide to get in the drive thru line behind a car we thought was ordering just to watch them drive away with no food about 3 min later. So we do I slow drive by the pickup to see if we could spot anyone. The lights are on inside but no one is there. WTH We left hungry and angry! Service is sloooooooow if you drive up and order, especially if they are busy. Best to order with the Sonic app but even then there have been times when I wait after the time I put in the app to pick up. The breakfast sandwich is a great deal! Lots of egg and a generous amount of bacon or sausage. Burgers are tasty and their chili dog is generous. I can't comment on the ice cream products, I never get them. When ordering any beverage that comes with ice, ask for light or none, they fill up half the cup with it if you don't like most fast food restaurants do. read more

My husband and I were happy to stop here since there is no close by Sonics near our home. This Sonic failed in many ways. The person who took our order wasn't the smartest and took about 5+ minutes to get 2 value meals and 2 shakes right. We waited another 15 minutes for our food. No one else was dining there at the time. Anyway the food wasn't good at all. My sandwich was soggy with not a good distribution of condiments on it. The tots were decent and the shake is the only reason why it gets 1 star. The shakes was yummy but could of used less whip and more shake. Every time I come here there is always new staff. Dunno know what that is all about. It's a good place for dessert and milk shakes. I will eat their food but I'm not really a big fan, like I said good for when you're craving something sweet. We pulled in here because of the heavy traffic on Rt 31 and construction. Great choice. Enjoyed ciabatta grilled chicken sandwiches, onion rings and shakes. The sandwiches and rings were well prepared and tasty. The milk shakes were too thick and next time will try a different beverage. Service was prompt at the individual ordering stalls. Better than I expected for fast food. The drive-thru can be a little slow, but, they allow you to customize your order, so I didn't mind. For example, on my cheeseburger I was able to request mustard, mayo, pickles, no lettuce, no ketchup. On various days and at different times, they have great specials, so its worth checking them out. When I went, it was National Back to School Day and they offered half price burgers. My burger came sealed in an aluminum package to keep it warm, which I thought was a great idea. The drive thru attendant was friendly and courteous. The burger itself was great. Much better than McDonalds or BurgerKing. They also have pull up stations outside where you can sit in your car, place your order, and someone will deliver it to your car - and you can eat in the car. They also have outdoor seating for when the weather is nice. For a drive thru fast food place, it was much better than I expected. read more

I love Sonic (usually). How disappointing to drive almost thirty minutes to our closest Sonic only to be told "the credit card machine is being wonky." I've worked in a restaurant and there should be other producers for this other than turning away your customer (manual slips, calling for verification, etc.). Once we scraped up enough cash to feed the kids while we starved we were still disappointed when our tots came out cold. Needless to say we won't be wasting our time with this sonic anymore. read more

It's alright. The tater tots were good and we asked for mayo and ketchup to be on the side for our sandwiches, which they listened to so we appreciate that! Additionally they are practicing social distancing and the employees are all wearing face masks! We appreciate the health and safety standards that are in place. read more

We swung by this establishment for a quick bite, and found out there was no indoor seating - but just to the side we see these car service bays. How cool, haven't done something like that in years, expecting to get the window tray, etc. (remember the A&W Root Beer stands?) We order our food and out comes the order in a "to go" bag. No tray, no anything (in fact, only a couple of napkins). Our intention was to eat in the car, so as you would expect, we ended up wearing a good portion of our food trying to negotiate a hamburger in your lap with only 1 napkin. Food was also only so-so, can't say it was bad, but McDonalds or Burger King would have been far superior. Our "server" (basically some guy who brought out our order from the store to our car), gave us a "here you go" and that was that. I know, I know, I'm at a Sonic Drive-In and not some fancy restaurant, but has everyone on the planet forgotten how to treat customers with a cheery "thank you" or "we appreciate your service"? Welcome to the Magical World of Sonic! On a tragic January day, all hope was lost for my friend and I. Boredom consumed us as we seeked a hope to revive our chronic hunger. The solution? Drive 45 minutes to the nearest Sonic. Before we entered the building we decided to watch a review to see what was in store for us. We watched a review that was produced by Steve Sherron, and he gave us hope that we had found our holy grail. Once we stepped in the building, we were greeted by an aroma that pleased our liking, and a strife between an angry customer and an annoyed manager. As we approached the counter, our eyes met with an angel like employee named Huberto. The words "Hi Welcome to Sonic" gave us the realization that we were in the right place.We began this quest with an order of popcorn chicken, tater tots, french fries, and finished off with a large coke. We made our way to the nearest booth both excited by the comfort of the seating and the sight of our food being delivered to us. We dug into the popcorn chicken hitting a state of euphoria as those little chick-lets entered out mouth. A couple of chick-lets later, the coke came into play. This was no ordinary coke. This coke featured a delightful site of crushed ice. We ate until our little bellies couldn't hold anymore. We left the building with victory on our minds and satisfaction in our stomachs.
