I mean, it's chilis. Not too much can be expected of this chain restaurant. Food: the big mouth chicken sandwich was dry. The bread was slightly stale and the breading on the chicken didn't have any flavor. The potato soup was just not good at all. It was cold and lacked flavor. One star for the honey Chipotle chicken crispers. These have always been solid and chilis definitely has the best ranch. Service: our server was nice and checked on us several times. She was prompt with our refills too. Ambience: the restaurant itself was fairly clean the bathroom was horrific. Honestly one of the worst I've experienced in recent memory. read more

Probably the worst food I've ever had. Fries unsalted and no flavor. Also they were crinkle cut which I don't believe is the usual fry. Burger was too greasy and had no flavor. Guac was brown. Egg rolls were soggy, we got Buffalo boneless wings that didn't have Buffalo sauce. My wife got the carne asada and that had little to no flavor. Always consistent, reasonably priced, comfortable environment, friendly and courteous staff

I was here a few week ago and the service was excellent. Our server Brian remembered us from prior visits and even remembered the items we liked and how we liked them and even the sports teams. The food was ok this time around and was better on prior visits. The chili especially was super salty and struggled to finish it. I still give it 5 starts as our server was over the top great to make up for the food being average which i think was maybe an off day. read more

I love Chili's and they are consistently great. I especially love their lunch specials. Today I had the double cheeseburger with fries and a bowl of baked potato soup ... for $10. Yes, $10. That is much cheaper than any fast food restaurant in New Jersey! Because it's the lunch special, it is two thin burgers but it really is like their version of the Big Mac and it's DELICIOUS!!! I realize it's their first day back with indoor dining but it really wasn't too much to ask to have my chicken above room temperature and my asparagus to be hot. I'd have given them the pass on the remade food and a good review if the manager hadn't come out and tried to explain that the chicken was cold because they put colder avocado on top. If cold avocado slices are that good of a temperature regulator to chill things down, the A/C industry should take note. That still doesn't explain the asparagus.... just own it. I've ordered the Santa Fe chicken salad from chilis at least 25 times. We came in today and I ordered it only to get it on a bed of spinach. When I asked about it they said oh it's a mix. You have to specify if you only want iceberg etc. also I got a mixed drink and it was all juice. I am very disappointed in Chilis. The food here has improved a lot. I find it to have more flavor and the temperature of the food has improved drastically. Wish they had more deals for late night happy hours that are competitive to the other chain restaurants in the area. The service is your typical franchise type service. My family and I are frequent guests at this CHILI'S and tonight, those girls taking orders on the phone and running in and out of the rain doing the curbside pickup were fantastic. Obviously we can only do TO GO due to COVID-19, so we all make the best of it. Food was great. We went tonight at around 6 and were seated immediately by a very nice host. Our waitress was fantastic- attentive and on top of everything. I really enjoyed one of the special margaritas and we all enjoyed our food (burgers and a steak). The fried pickles stood out - they had cheese in them and were really good! Wanted to make reservations for a party of 9 in the morning for a 7pm seating. They refused to make reservations for us. We arrived at 7pm and were told it was a 35 minute wait and we would all be seated separately. What a stupid place and a stupid policy. When many places are closing due to COVID restrictions, this place should be more customer focused. It won't make me sad to see them close like so many other places. Big box restaurants are the first to gobble up stimulus money. I'd rather it go to small local restaurants instead of places like this. read more
